Nickel and dimePosted Oct 20, 2014
Nice hotel, lots to do. For being a casino they do try to nickel and dime you with everything from coffee and internet to bottled water. The only thing that was free was the parking.

Fun place time stay downtownPosted Oct 20, 2014
This hotel is right in the middle of all the action on Fremont street. Affordable rooms, food and drinks. Awesome pool and clean rooms. A little Smokey on the casino floor but I would definitely stay here again.

I would recommend the Golden Nugget and would stay there again. I wasn't a fan of the construction around but understand that is not there fault. Thanks for the great service!! :-)

Great hotel right in the middle of all the actionPosted Oct 18, 2014
Rooms serviced everyday. Nothing like fresh clean sheets to snuggle into after a night on Fremont St.

Best hotel downtownPosted Oct 18, 2014
Stayed for my second time in the Carson tower. Older but still nice. Very comfy beds and large bathrooms. The pool is amazing but was very busy. The adult only pool the hideout was 25$ per person during the day which was not impressed

Family ReunionPosted Oct 17, 2014
Pros: The pool area is great.
Cons: The Carson Tower needs to be updated.
Location: It was fun to stay on Freemont Street!
Pool & staff were excellent. Check in was a breeze and they even changed our rooms so we could be on the same floor as our cousins. We stayed in the Carson Tower which really needs to be taken care of. Parts of the moldings in the hallways were taped down. We had peeling wallpaper in the bathroom and the door knob needed to be moved in order to unlock. The lighting was very poor. Food at the Gratto was delicious and they went above and beyond to accommodate our per-arranged family reunion lunch and a last minute lunch another day of over 15 people, let us keep adding on tables. We had housekeeping everyday however my sister didn't receive any housekeeping the 4 days they had the room.

false fire alarm due to malfunctioning .Posted Oct 16, 2014
Our stay was OK but we had a false alarm at 3:15 AM and had to walk down 21 floors but no fire trucks showed and no staff came out because it was a malfunctioning of the alarm system and not caused by smoke. We should get one night free or another form of compensation

Convenient locationPosted Oct 16, 2014
Pros: The swimming pool is amazing!!
Location: Walking distance to other casinos and places to eat. The parking lot is right across the hotel. No need to walk long distances to get to your room
We requested a king size non smoking room. When we arrived, we were told that they only had a double bed room. They moved us to a king size non smoking room the next day with no problems. Yes, we would stay at this property next time we visit Las Vegas
