Pool

One particular employee letting guests into the pool area was rude. I failed to note his name. Other than that everybody else was friendly.

Had a very nice stay at the hotel.

Pros: Room and view
Location: Centrally located in downtown Vegas
The beds were extremely comfortable. The pool seemed a little small and the pool chairs were too close together.

Great place!

We loved this place. The Fremont experience was amazing! You have to go! My only comment would be that I wished they offered free coffee in the rooms. Everything else was wonderful. Please go!

Great pool, great buffet

Posted Jul 21, 2014
Front desk staff was helpful when I asked for local directions, room was good sized and pleasant, A/C was easy to use. "The Tank" pool and slide were fun with lots of lounge chairs and convenient drink stations nearby, although the optional cabanas are expensive. The buffet was very reasonably priced for breakfast, lunch and seafood buffet on Friday night and the food was good. Starbucks, Claim Jumper, Asian, etc. restaurants there too. The hotel is a bit off the strip though so leave some extra time to get up and down Las Vegas Blvd, and the small back roads are very confusing so keep to the freeway or LVB!

Everything we needed.

Posted Jul 21, 2014
Pros: The pool, with its huge fish/shark tank, great piped music, and bar made it feel like a party.
Cons: The room carpets were just slightly worn in the rooms and the pool was pretty crowded with children.
Location: Downtown happening scene with stages at night with free entertainment.
The hotel/casino was perfect for our family reunion (we are all adults). The myriad of restaurants, bars, games, and the pool and the downtown location kept us all busy and happy. The Carson rooms were just fine. Pretty large and comfy. Nice remodeled bathroom, outside vanity, and very comfortable pillow top beds. And the buffets were top notch - all you can eat crab legs one night.

Hotel right on the street

Posted Jul 21, 2014
Room was good, however there is a fee for wifi. Also careful with coffee machine there is $10.00 fee to use better off getting coffee at Starbucks which is in the hotel. Also small water bottle is $4.00 again better off getting somewhere else. Overall everything was good. Will definitely stay again.
