Clean spacious rooms, the only thing I didn’t like is there was no refrigerator or microwave in our room. Would stay again!

I booked this hotel because of the so-called amazing pool area but it was very average, I felt very ripped off. The slide closed at 5pm and the pool area at 5:45pm, then didn't open to 10am, so we didn't have a chance to use what we paid for. And the pool was cold. The room didn't seem to have been vacuumed for ages, lots of dross on the floor. Great location on Fremont St but otherwise go elsewhere if you want a good pool area.

Horrible stay. No cleaning service for the room during my stay. My room smelled like someone spilled a giant bottle of Mezcal on the floor. Very dirty establishment.

The front desk people were rude and they give you the feeling that they don’t care about you. Didn’t like the front desk workers. The hotel itself is nice.

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Hotel and casino were very busy, but staff were friendly and helpful. Great location, right on Fremont Street. Pool and shark tank were amazing, although it was difficult to get a sun bed in the sun as it was overcrowded.

The facility is beautiful and clean. My only complaint is the time share or whatever salesman chasing you when you are going to and from your room, every single time. of course they are offering free money and shows and whatever. It’s too aggressive and honestly it’s offensive

They held my luggage for several hours after I had checked out because my flight was much later. It was awesome to know that I could kick it for another 4 hours with no worry. Golden Nugget is the best!

If didn't leave the property was still so much to do.Other wise for a top notch hotel the bathtub was in horrible ,horrible condition. Rusted out cracks for those who like a bath could'nt and there was a cleaning rag left in the bathroom .The bed sheet had a stain on it. Wasn't overly satisfied with the conditions.

The property needs some maintenance, hard to get service while gambling, had multiple prostitutes solicit me during my stay and security staff was close by and fid nothing. Loud and the timeshare vultures harassed us everytime we went to or left our room. Check in was lengthy. So much wrong with this property.

This was our first time staying at the Golden Nugget downtown. Check-in was relatively smooth. Luckily we were only 3rd in line. Our room was nice and big. We stayed in the Carson Tower. Pillows were a little on the soft side, the bed was pretty good. We had no noise issues. The adults only pool was really nice, but didn't really care for the two drink minimum. There was a Starbucks right outside our elevator Bay, but it was absolutely atrocious service. Waited almost an hour for a cup of coffee with only five people in front of us. If I could make one recommendation, it would be to at least put a coffee pot in your rooms. You should not have to upgrade it to get a coffee pot in your room. I would recommend staying at the Golden Nugget. We absolutely loved the Fremont experience.

This was my 5th stay at Golden Nugget, the ladt time was 6 years ago because of Covid and moving. The hotel/casino itself is still great but since I was there last, new and unbelievable loud entertainment venues and been built across the street and is so bad Golden Nugget provides ear plugs. Also, Freemont Strrmeet itself has turned into a freak show.
