The experience was so lovely. We enjoyed the pools,the room was well maintained and when the ironing board would not close a quick call to the front desk brought me a new one. Very relaxed atmosphere away from the strip yet close enough to enjoy with a great shuttle service.

This hotel was fabulous! The room was huge and had a full kitchen so we didn't have to eat out every meal. The staff was friendly and their athletic room was very nice...(open till midnight for after buffet binging!)It is a bit far from the strip but it was quiet and we got a good room rate. There was also a casino right next door for our gambling fix. I would definately stay here again.

“Wow what a value for your money.”

We stayed at this resort because it did not have a casino and we had children with us. The pools were awesome, front desk very helpful, rooms huge and very clean. They offer shuttle service to the strip however, we rented a car to enjoy the strip. Short drive within 10 minutes to the strip and plenty of free parking. We are trying to book another stay here soon. The only dissapointment was parking at the resort we had to walk a ways to get to the room when we returned late at night. This is a timeshare but they did not bother us.

“Just Grand at the Grandview”

Stayed there August 21 to 25th. Two Adults in our 40's and our 18 year old son and another family. We loved it and will definitely be going back. The Condo was clean and very modern, everything was in there that you needed. The service was the best ever, I didn't have a sink plug, I called and they were there with one in less than 3 minutes - no kidding. Requested a change of towels - less than 5 minutes. The pool and area was clean and alot of fun, could bring your own refreshments and snacks as long as not glass. Pool towels available, BBQ for you to use. The Southpoint Hotel & Casino across the street was so easy access and enough entertainment for all the family. We rented a car so we went to Hoover Dam in 30 minutes, went to the Strip in 15 minutes. Great shopping all around. We stayed on the strip our last 2 nights in Vegas but wished we had stayed at the Grand View longer. It was too busy and real inconvenient for something as simple as getting a coffee. Much rather the Grandview. Just real close to anything and everywhere. Never got asked once about timeshare or vacation club - unless you wanted discounts on show tickets. Booking on Expedia was awesome and easy and in Cdn Funds.. Will do all over again next year.

“Great Place in Vegas”

This was a great place to stay in Vegas because it was away from the noise of the strip and very comfortable. Had everything you would need for an extended stay.

The Grand View is excellent, would highly recommend. Have always had a wonderful experience and we have stayed there many times. The 82 degree pool was excellent, as Vegas was only in the 70's. A excellent hotel that I would recommend to anyone! ;) Very clean, on the quiet end of the strip. Excitement is 5 minutes away...South Point next door for Bowling, Movies, and Food. One of Vegas best kept secrets.

“Nice hotel”

A great hotel, doesn't have a casino. It's a time-share as well and the rooms are nice and spacious.

“will not stay at another hotel in Vegas”

we booked this hotel on expedia at the last minute. could not believe the price! this resort was very well staffed and really clean although we did have to have the sheets changed upon arrival due to some hairs on the bed sheets. we spent a total of 4 nights in Vegas, 2 at the Grandview and 2 at the place with the big name and water fountian show. when we return to Vegas we will be staying at the Grandview. it is only 2 miles south of the strip and well worth the drive.
