“Love My Home Away From Home”

My first experience staying at the Grandview Las Vegas, was about 5 years ago. It was so much more than I expected. The rooms/condos are huge and beautifully decorated. The staff is very courteous and helpful. Love the option of being able to cook Vs eating out. Its like a home away from home. After my initial visit, I have not stayed at any other hotel in Vegas. Great place for couples or families with kids. My boys love staying here because of the pool, and access to the nearby bowling alley and movie theater. The Grandview is always my preference. Very satisfied and would recommend staying here to anyone! :-)

“Great location for family stay in Vegas - Two thumbs up”

We had two one bedroom suites, which were connected to each other. With two families, one in each. Overall it was great having a full kitchen. We were able to make a quick run to a nearby Wal-mart and get the kids all the snacks and food they would need. Pool area was way better than most hotels. This place is a time share location, so it was more of a resort feeling. Bed was very comfortable. Tub was big & jetted. Room size was very large. We paid less than most strip hotels and had a complete suite. Even was able to do a little laundry with the in room washer & drier. All & all we were pleased. We were not even asked to view the timeshare, although I witnessed others being asked. But a simple no thanks, and they were not asked again. For the price we paid it was a no brainer. Next time we will be staying again at the Grandview.

“Incredible value! We hope to stay there again.”

Like a home away from home. Our unit had everything we needed ready for our use. We have always stayed at hotels and they don't come close to the privacy and amenities provided here. We had a large jetted tub, huge bathroom and shower, very comfortable king size bed, and nice, but not elaborate furniture in the separate living room. The Grandview is a good distance from the Strip, but easy access to I-15 or a quick drive straight North on Las Vegas Blvd and you are right in the middle of the action. We enjoyed the quiet area while sleeping, and didn't mind the drive at all. We will always check on availability here before booking anywhere else in Las Vegas.

“Very Nice”

It's a very nice place for staying off the strip. They really hassled us about the timeshare meeting. We did it and it took a couple hours, but we got $100 for food at MGM and went to a great show. It was worth the time for us. The room was great. Bed wasn't as comfortable as I had hoped, but overall it's a really nice place.

“Great set-up for families!”

I ended up here because all decent hotels on the strip were sold out. Although I was traveling alone for business, it is a great set-up for those with kids. There is a full kitchen, DVD player, 2 TV's and best of all a whirlpool tub. Very easy to park and get on the freeway to access the strip. It is a drive of about 5 miles.
