There are candy wrappers in the hallway. No one greeted you as you walked in to the hotel at 10:00 PM. The door to the room did not shut when you walked out. The USB plugs did not work.
But I have to say the beds were comfy, and it was quiet

This is a very good hotel for the price. Good value, very clean, nice staff, excellent free breakfast. My room was pretty quiet and shower was great. Comfy beds. Probably needs a few updates but overall great experience. Would stay here again.

the staff that assisted us when we arrived 3/23/24 @ around midnight time is not very friendly and accommodating. she have the low tone of voice, doesn't smile, i said thanks a lot of time but no acknowledgement. when we finished the transaction and we are on our way to our room i saw and heard a guest saying thank you to her and she replied you are welcome, no problem but for us she never did, i feel she is racist, only to people with white skin and not the dark skinned people like us. i am very disappointed of her.

Conveniently located near the highway. Parking was very easy. Staff was nice. Room was big with comfy bed. Bathroom is very loud. Every time someone showers whether it was us or another room, you can hear the water pressure. The USB plugs on one side of the bed did not work - the chord hung loose and never fit in the socket. There was a low beeping coming from the outlet.

Front desk was exceptional! Breakfast had a nice assortment. Our only issue was poor lighting in the room and the a/c filter seemed a little dirty. However, we would stay here again. The location was great for our needs.

The bed wasn't comfortable. Perhaps the pillows were too flat. The breakfast has become poor compared with before pendamic. Everyday the items were the same. The second day didn't have bananas for oakmeals. We did appreciate the microwave in the room.

Nice clean stay. Easy check in. Employees are cheerful and helpful. Beds comfy. Would recommend and would stay again. Dog room was very clean, dog potty area very convenient. Nice area.

Loud refrigerator
Refrigerator was louder than the air conditioner. Did not get a good night’s sleep.
Nice and quiet also feel safe because it's away from the hassel of the strip. Only thing that was problem was the shower. It was not designed right. Maybe it was coverted to the senior setup but wasn't done right. The valve also needs replace. It doesn't turn off unless you re torque it.
