“Excellent hotel”

The hotel is about 10 miles from Las Vegas strip. It is only a 20 to 30 minute drive and if you hire a car you can drive right in to the heart of The Strip and park for free in one of the many hotels. It is much better value for money than staying on the strip and there are not resort fees to pay. The hotel is ideally suited for exploring the surrounding area such as Lake Mead, Hoover Dam, Grand Canyon, Red Rock Canyon, Mount Charlton etc. Once at the hotel there are many perks such as complimentary breakfast and manager reception. The Sunset Station casino is situated next door and acts as a landmark to find the hotel as it is the biggest building in Henderson. I would definitely recommend this hotel for comfort, value for money and position.

“Relax in the city that never sleeps”

When the friendly lobby host asked me why I chose Hampton, I told her I never got any sleep on the strip... and this had been the truth for me. So for this trip, I decided to find a quality hotel away from the strip. The hotel was kept very clean, with gorgeous Christmas decorations for the season. We were told there'd be cookies and drinks every night (in the lobby) from 7p-9p (which we missed), and breakfast every morning from 6a-10a (which we never missed.) The room with a view had quality furnishings, which I start to take for granted for a Hilton hotel. The king bed was firm and comfy, and I've no complaints for the pillows even with a very sore neck. The buffet breakfast had 2 hot entrees and well stocked trimmings, well worth the extra person charge not advertised. Somehow, I just love this hotel.

“A hidden gem...”

Although the Inn is not located on the 'strip' - we rented a car and could not believe how easy it is to get around Las Vegas - and, to get to the Inn. The staff of the Inn were so accomodating. The breakfasts were a great jumpstart to our days... thank you to the Hampton Inn for a great experience... we would certainly stay again!!

Our stay was very nice and we'll always book a Hampton from now on. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The company and staff attitude made us feel welcome and taken care of. We truly will remember our experience there.

“Very professional, efficient!”

Expedia had overbooked the hotel and had 3 parties waiting for rooms, my wife and I included. The desk clerk was 'top shelf'. So smooth and cool, she got us all rooms. I complimented her later on her performance under pressure, and I told her if was in her situation I would have folded. She told me that she had been doing this job for a while, and though she was cool, calm, and collected on the outside, she was jumping on the inside. That lady deserves recognition! I will go back there again. Excellent facility. Excellent service.

The entire hotel staff (everyone your meet) meets and exceeds all expectations. Definitely one of the top off-strip destination hotels in Las Vegas. And, they are pet friendly with beautiful grounds and both interior and exterior entry doors.

“Good Hotel But...”

The hotel was very good but not a 5 rating overall. China cups & plates would be such an improvement; why can't hotels do this? Why, also, can't they serve better hot breakfasts? Plastic omelets plus very low quality bacon or sausage. Let's improve!
