The location is great! I was visiting a friend in the Hospital down the street . Found this to be the best place to stay. However, after my night stay, I found a bed bug in my sheets! Awful!!! Took the bug to front desk upon my check out and they compensated me by giving me Hilton honor points from be used for a future stay.

Safe and convenient location (off the strip, so you don’t have to go through big parking garages and casinos to get to your room). --Clean rooms, lobby, and breakfast area. --Good variety of foods at breakfast--waffles, meat, eggs, potatoes, fresh fruit, yogurts, cereals & milk, oatmeal & grits, juices. They do a great job keeping it fresh and clean. --Parking is in a lot, we really appreciated having the option to park our truck and trailer there. --The only so-so things were the bed comfort, and the late check-in customer service.

I loved the friendly staff. I did not like the fact that when I arrived at the first location they did not have the room I had originally booked which was two queen beds. We had to compromise for a "suite". A king and a pull-out sofa. They did bring in a roll away bed. This was not ideal nor was my idea of a suite, but we made due. I booked through Expedia and feel they did not honor their commitment to Expedia. Breakfast was good.

We were visiting family in Henderson. The stay was perfect. We had a very large and beautiful room, plus a perfect breakfast to start the day. My grandchildren also enjoyed the refreshing and heated pool and spa. I personally enjoyed the very friendly and helpful staff. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. An extra bonus for my grandchildren was the free hot chocolate!!!

Amazing stay
I picked this hotel as a last minute stay coming through Henderson. It was fantastic. Adrian at the front desk was so very helpful in finding me some decaffeinated tea. I was sick and not feeling well. Breakfast was outstanding I appreciate the turkey sausage and the fresh fruit. The hotel is situated with a few eating options within walking distance. It was very quiet and extremely clean. I highly recommend this hotel.
