Fine if you don't need to sleep at nightPosted Sep 29, 2014
Pros: Good rate included in package with flight.
Everything about the hotel is fine except the noise from nearby rooms is ridiculous until all hours of the night. Finally had to call to complain on the second night which solved the problem completely in two minutes. Staff is great...fellow guests are jerks!

Fun getaway for relaxing time at the pools.Posted Sep 29, 2014
Pros: I like that you are close to everything, coffee in the morning, good restuarants, you do not have to walk for 20 minutes to get to something you need.
Cons: The staff can be a freindly, it is a customer service industry and i find 80% of the staff are not nice. The hotel could also use a little TLC.
I love the pools! The best in Vegas!! Hard Rock has the best pool areas in Vegas! They are in a tropical setting, quiet pools as well as party pools with great music!

exactly what we expectedPosted Sep 28, 2014
Cons: the shuttle bus to and from the fashion mall to run later, maybe until 8-9pm
we chose this hotel because of the rock music theme and both decided it would suit our lifestyle better than other hotels on the strip. the pool area is amazing, with good music and buckets of beer fairly priced.

Nice hotel, tons of problemsPosted Sep 27, 2014
Were put in wrong room, had to check out and check back in to new room next day. Had to wait in line over an hour to re-check in. Wifi never worked, room keys never worked in elevator even after being replaced. Were told we got "complimentary" fridge. It didn't work so food and drinks were warm next morning. Wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Open your walletPosted Sep 27, 2014
The Pool Cabana staff and Nobu restaurant staff both started the customer experience with a very clear and uncomfortable demand for money and lots of it. A quote from the waiter at Nobu who had not yet offered menus, "how much are you looking to spend per person?" And the cabana attendant presented a charge slip (beyond an authorization) for me to sign, inclusive of minimums, tax and auto grat before even offering a bottled water. Some advice- focus on taking care of your guest and not on emptying his/her wallet. I'm in a 2 bedroom suite....not an 18 year old kid trying to sneak into the pool.

The BestPosted Sep 26, 2014
Pros: The pool
Location: The convention center and I like that we were close to airport. It was nice to be off the strip.
I had a great time! The Andrew Dice Clay Show was very funny and the pool was fabulous!

Great room, great price.Posted Sep 25, 2014
Pros: Clean, cool decor, comfortable room.
Cons: Would have been nice to know which tower my room was in so I could have parked in the closer parking lot.
Location: It's Vegas. TONs to see and do.
Needed a decent room in Vegas for a business meeting I was going in for and didn't want to spend $200 a night. Great room, great price.

Not the bestPosted Sep 25, 2014
Pros: The restaurants and the view from the room.
Cons: cleaniness. so dirty. in no way was this a 4 start hotel.
When we arrived -- around 4 p.m. -- the room we reserved was not available. We were put in the Casino Tower overlooking the pool. The room was big, but dirty. There was purple paint smeared near our door, dirt on the wallpaper, and a layer of dust all over the room. The pool starts pumping music at 9:30 am so do not plan on sleeping in. Also, every night there were people yelling down the hallway waking us up. I get it it is Vegas and people will be loud. I live in NYC and am used to noise at night but this was unbearable. Another downside is on the weekends hotel guests can only go to the Nirvana pool and it is so packed there are no seats. The Rehab pool party was empty all weekend but we still could not get in unless we paid the $50 cover. The perk are the restaurants on property. Good choices for food and drinks.

Love this hotel!Posted Sep 25, 2014
They didn't have the king I reserved at check-in but apologized and upgraded me the next day for the remainding nights of my stay. I love the adult vibe and pool.
