I stayed last year at this facility, I requested a better view, got the same back of hotel view, the room was good but the cleaning staff really don't clean, things that were in the room before we came , on the floor, stayed there the entire time, obvious!

Great StayPosted Apr 15, 2014
Pros: My room view over the Rehab pool was awesome! The bed's were comfy, loved the room and it was a nice bathroom.
Location: The strip is not far from the hotel (walking I would say 20-30mins and in a car 5mins).
The service was great overall. I'm very happy. Check in went well and the staff in the hotel every helpful!

Great hotel but definitely not in the middle of the action if that's what you are looking for. I wasn't so it was perfect! The final bills after check out need to be simplified. They are confusing and I had to call accounting

Nice Facilities- Ladies you need to be nicer!Posted Apr 10, 2014
Pros: Loved the Pool
Cons: Staff Friendliness :)
Loved the hotel and the facilities. Wow did the some of the ladies at this hotel really not like their jobs, first the blonde at the coffee bar by the spa needs to be friendly- who wants to get adittude when they get up in the morning. The other lady i was not fond of was at front desk. My flight arrived early which was great for me as i wanted to spend the day by the pool; I was not expecting them to have a room ready for me but I wanted to double check (you never know) and get a key to the pool if it wasn't. She said if I paid more i could get in, nice offer I guess but i would wait. I asked about going to the pool with my things until the room was ready and was told to walk to the exit sign and take my stuff with me. I was not allowed to take my items to the pool, I was given the wrong location to the pool and when I came back with my things and told the man at the belldesk he knew exactly who i was talking about! Clearly she is not the best person to work in customer service. I would write her name in this but she was not wearing a name tag! When i came back to the desk someone else checked me in and offered that same upgrade for less.............. Everyone that worked at the pools was wonderful and helpful in finding loungers. The culinary drop out food was great and the staff are laid back and nice.

First trip to VegasPosted Apr 10, 2014
This was a great hotel for first timers, it offered gambling, great drinks, great food, and a great club and was only a short taxi drive to the main strip or anywhere needed to go while in Vegas. Barely ever a wait for a taxi. Rooms had a fantastic view with the capability to open the doors for an even better view and gorgeous breeze. Did have one problem with housekeeping one morning and was unable to get them to come to the room for a significant amount of time and it delayed some things we had planned, we were very dissatisfied with that. Staff was nice and accomodating otherwise.

Fun place to stay, best pool in townPosted Apr 10, 2014
Pros: Rooms, pool, memorabilia
Cons: A bit of a middle ground on daybed costs would be good. If seats are taken, paying $150-300 for daybeds is a bit of a leap, no $25-75 options
Location: It's a bit of a trip, though the Hof Brau Haus looked cool, Strip's not far, but cab time and $ add up if you have to do it a bunch
Rooms are comfy, well-outfitted. Great big comfy beds. The rock theme is super cool if you're into it -- lots of interesting memorabilia all over the place, makes even the walks down the hallways interesting. The pool is incredible, absolutely beautiful, good variety of spaces. They do want you to pay for just about everything, including most places to sit. But if you manage to get one of the deck chairs, food's pretty reasonable, and you'll have a great day. We were there before the mega-party times, which was kind of perfect. The main pool on Saturday was loud, lively, relatively friendly, a bit of that scene. On Sunday when we were hung over the upper pool was much quieter and chill. It's nice to have those options. It's a little away from the Strip, which is fine if you don't mind a bit of extra dough for cabs, plus the time to head back to the hotel and rally the troops. But all in all, it's a great place to stay if you want to enjoy a big beautiful pool (and for most of the summer, a pretty rocking party) during the day.

Nice hotel, close too airport and strip.Posted Apr 10, 2014
A/C worked ok when we changed the air temperature, it blew hot air. Bathroom small. Towels were torn up and first day we didn't get wash cloths, or hand towels we had to call for them. Our bathroom sink kept getting clogged we called maintenance twice.
