Great hotel and very close to the Vegas stripPosted Mar 5, 2014
Pros: The outlay and the history of it with all the music industry memorabilia and displays.
Location: Close to everything. Minutes away from the Vegas Strip and there were several shops near by also.
We had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel and we would enjoy going back anytime.

Nothing around far from everythingPosted Mar 4, 2014
The hotel is okay. Far from everything. Food in hotel not good. Hard rock cafe food is great. The internet never worked. Gave us smoking room when we were suppose to get non-smoking. Not friendly at all.

Not a good hotelPosted Mar 4, 2014
Cons: A lot to improve
It was very disappointing since the night we got in. First, I booked my room like 1 month in advance and after a long flight, when we got to the front desk and the person who help me gave me the room keys and everything I was supposed to get, when we got to the room, it was not the room we booked it was totally different. So we went back on a long walk from one tower to the front desk even more tired and told the person that he had gave me the wrong room, he just said ohh is that we don't have the room you had booked because you are staying for too long. I really can't believe he told me that when I booked my room in advance. I will never use the hard rock again and I don't recommended to anybody.

Not up to las vegas standardsPosted Mar 4, 2014
I live in las vegas. I know what to expect. I reserved a smoking room, they gave me a non smoking room and refused to help at all by lying to me. My bedding was dirty with crusty white stuff. It took an hour to get it changed. The inside speaker system was missing peices and wouldnt play my ipod like it said it would. We needed playing cards and all of the staff put me in goose chase around the hotel. A simple task should not have been that hard. The staff rudely informed my boyfriend there was no starbucks because it was to mainstream. The room was as pictured but other than that a large disappointment. For similar price go to the rio. In vegas you should get top notch customer service. And hard rock hotel was not anywhere close to reaching the standard anyone should expect for comming here.

Weekend stayPosted Mar 4, 2014
Cons: Room was not serviced, we cam back to our room at 4pm, and the cleaning people had not come. We had the worst service experience at the Pink Taco.
I loved the vibe in the Hard Rock. Everyone was having fun. We loved our suite and we loved the spa. It was really great. We had fun at the bars

Great Hotel if you want to stay off-StripPosted Mar 4, 2014
Pros: Restaurants are really good, and Mr. Lucky's is great for being open 24-hrs. The "soundtrack" in the casino is awesome (and what you would expect).
Cons: Maid service and drainage in the bathroom sink. The mini-bar is pressurized, so just moving something to look at it incurs a harge
Hotel was everything I expected. I was there Mon-Fri and there were no big name acts there, so it wasn't exactly busy, but I could see it start hopping on Thursday night. Dining choices are varied and fantastic. Happy hour at Pink Taco is nice for short money. I never made the free shuttle, so I was taking a cab every time I went to strip for ~$12. I knew going in it was off the Strip, so I can't blame the hotel, but that's also why the price is far below even some mediocre Strip hotels. Maids did not clean my room ONCE during my stay, even the days I got up and out "early" by Vegas standards. I did see their carts, just not sure why they never came to my room.

I won't be backPosted Mar 3, 2014
Pros: The rooms were nice
Cons: You need much nicer restaurants
I booked a king suite but you only had a double queen available for me upon my arrival. I did not receive an King upgrade, and was told that I would have to pay a huge fee if I wanted one. Mr. Lucky's restaurant is at best an average cheesy diner, with astronomical prices. The shuttles ran too infrequent. My wife and I did not use the Casino, and took taxi rides everywhere to much nicer casino resorts in the area, and had a wonderful time there. I love rock n roll, and thought the concept of a Hard Rock Hotel was a wonderful idea. The collection of photographs on your website painted a far different experience than what I was expecting. I would describe the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino best suited for people who live in trailer parks.

Hotel was ok, but not a great experiencePosted Mar 3, 2014
When we first arrived at the hotel after travelling for over 12 hours the front desk told us they did not have a room for us, even after we paid in full online for a hotel months before arriving. They said our only option was to pay an additional 20.00 a night to upgrade. After some talking they upgraded us for the first night and made us move the second night. The next day when we were going to move us, they gave us a room number that did not exist. After about an hour we finally got it all figured out. The rooms were not overly clean with a ton of dust everywhere. When we were going to check out, we didn't fly out until 1045 at night. We asked for a late checkout, willing to pay whatever and they wouldn't accommodate us at all. I would not recommend this hotel. They also charge you an additional resort fee that allows you to use the pool (which was closed), gives you parking (which we didn't have a car), access to the gym and internet (which was extremely slow).

Excellent Staff - Nice RoomPosted Mar 3, 2014
We stayed at the HRH tower. It was a really good experience. The hotel staff is very accommodating. Although we were stuck in a 'smoking' room the first night, the staff made up for it by upgrading our room for the rest of our stay. The suites are really nice, and super clean making the stay in Vegas really comfortable.
