Worst staff in Vegas. Rude. Rooms are comfortable enough, if you like being scratched and poked by down comforters.

Hotel and pool

Posted Mar 29, 2015
The hotel was fabulous ! The pool is great so is the pool party. I didnt have a chance to enjoy the clubs bc they only have it open during the weekends. Furthermore, the shuttle only runs from 10-5pm. We had to pay taxi to go everywhere. Some hotels have shuttles that last until midnight but not Hard Rock. Staff was helpful and very nice. The reataurants around the Hard Rock are okay but you can get better places to eat on the Strip. Be aware not to get coffee at "lucky's" they will charge you 3.99 for a small little cup !

Pros: Rock and Roll paraphernalia and great atmosphere. If you respect rock and roll, you'll enjoy your stay at the HRH.
Cons: Add in room fridge and microwave.
Location: About 3 blocks from the strip. Of course that's about 3 miles in Vegas terms. About a $10 cab ride or you can take the free shuttle during the day.
We stayed at the HRH Vegas 3/23-3/27/15. Had a nice clean comfortable room on the 14th floor. Great view. Shower was huge and water always hot. Would be nice to have a fridge in the room for leftovers and drinks, but the hotel wants you to buy new food every time you are hungry. Hotel is clean, not smokey. Restaurants in hotel were good, not great, but good. Servings plentiful. Pool area is nice compared to most in Vegas. Rent a cabana for the day, you'll love the service. Comfortable, clean, and great servers-all great to look at. ;) Hotel includes free self parking and is centrally located in Vegas without the hussle and bussle of staying on the strip itself. Would stay here again.

Adequate

Posted Mar 28, 2015
We arrived at the hotel at 1pm and were told that the room would not be ready until scheduled check in time at 3pm. In the end our room was not ready until 5pm! The staff did not apologize for this but several times offered paid upgrades. The room was clean besides some stray hairs in the bath tub. The towels and linens were changed almost every day. We would have liked to have had a fridge in the room. Upon check out we were almost falsely charged for mini bar items. I would recommend this hotel only if you can get a discounted price and if you are willing to walk 20 minutes to The Strip.

Cool place to stay if your into music...but

Pros: Loved the decor, the food was very good from all restaurants.
Cons: Charging for a fridge and microwave. Are you serious? The ridiculous resort fee you have to pay when you leave should cover that. Its electricity.
Location: Off the strip. So its the free shuttle or pay 20 for a cab every time.
Loved the decor, disliked the whole gambling vibe. Way not enough table games. The ones there are, are all 25.00 hands. So good luck finding a 10 dollar hand. Isnt happening. Was mostly happy with the whole experience, besides not enough tables and the prices for alcohol at the pool. I understand its vegas. We are in our early 40's, I was blown away on how much 2 drinks was. I"ll just say, better have more than a 20 when ordering. Last thing I was livid about, there are no refrigerators or microwaves in the rooms we stayed in. The Paradise tower. So I asked for one. Was told it would be 20 dollars. I agreed. Needed it for water and left overs. Got my bill after we left, found out it was 20.00 a day. Ridiculous. So they charge you for the resort fees then you have to pay for a refrigerator daily. Good luck heating your left overs. Like I said, no microwave.

Hotel mediano, lejos de la franja

Posted Mar 28, 2015

Nice hotel cab everywhere

Posted Mar 28, 2015
The hotel was nice and the staff was always friendly. My problem was the walk from the lobby to our room was long to the paradise tower. It felt like a country mile. And the casino was very small and table limits were high for the middle of the week compared to the other casinos on the strip.

Pretty far from the strip.

Posted Mar 27, 2015
No issues with the hotel, the casino was rather small. Far from the strip (close to the airport), be prepared to walk/cab to the strip which is a couple of km away. Restaurants on site weren't that great.
