Need updates

Posted Sep 13, 2014
This hotel needs updates in common areas. Front desk/registration staff could be more friendly. A/C in the room was so loud. No housekeeping for two days...!

Customer service education needed

The staff was often too uptight and cold. While gaming there were no cocktail waitresses to be found, was it because I am a female? I never saw the shuttle so I spent my time navigating the traffic myself.

Decent hotel far from the strip

Posted Sep 11, 2014
Didn't care for the extra fees at check out for amenities that i didn't use. 73$ over and above the rate i already paid. Hotel is too far from the strip for the price they charge. For the amount i pay to travel there and then get jammed with 'extra' hidden fees i will book on the strip next time.

Hotel is not really close to anything. Be prepared to pay for cabs often or never leave the Hard Rock property. A nice hotel but small gambling area. Kind of anti-Vegas. If you want the flashy, over the top Vegas experience, try a hotel and casino on the strip.

Great place to stay!!

Posted Sep 9, 2014
Pros: Very cool, staff was nice, cheaper than most of the other hotel/casinos for the same amenities!
Location: The location was pretty far off from everything else so a cab was always needed to get around.
I stayed in the older tower of the Hard Rock (the one with the mini balconies) which I prefer over the newer one bc I like to have the option of opening the door to the outside. Room was super clean and nice but bathroom was kind of old. I was ok with that though. Aside from water stains on the bathroom floor and scratches on the toilet I'd say everything else was perfect! Beds were so comfy it was hard to get up out of them in the morning!

Me and my boyfriend stayed for 3 nights and it was overall a good experience. The only thing was that, even though we reserved our room weeks before our trip, when we got to check in they told us they were booked and they could only give us a 2 queen bedroom instead of a one king room like we originally booked. They tried to make us pay the difference for an upgrade in order to get a one king room at the Paradise Tower instead; which I think is ridiculous since its not our fault that they didn't have our reservation available. Since we were hesitant to pay the upgrade they ended up giving us the room without any charge. ALSO, consider the fact that if your staying over the weekend there is only one pool available for guests to use, since all of the other pools are used to host their pool party "REHAB" and you have to pay to get in.

Vacation

Posted Sep 7, 2014
Pros: Everything!!!!!
Cons: ?
Location: The strip is like 5min away in taxi, so once you get there then hey it's time to experience. Around the hotel they have a couple of restaurants n CVS
We loved the hotel it was very nice n clean the staff was nice as well, also the pool area was set up nicely. They have Rehab at the Hard Rock for those that don't know but only on weekends. We would definitely recommend n definitely go back..

Awesome hotel - Great first impression of Vegas

Posted Sep 7, 2014
Pros: I liked how there were different age groups, rooms were nice, food was good, drug store right across the street. Staff was very friendly.
Cons: I didn't complain once during my vacation
Location: There is a CVS right across the street where you can buy anything you may need..including alcohol. The hard rock café is there also for you to eat.
This was my first time to Vegas and I am SO glad I stayed at the hard rock for it. The Rehab pool party they host is also a MUST to attend. There was always something to do, staff was super friendly, rooms were nice and clean...very impressive.
