Does not live up to the expectations

We stayed here for three nights but i feel the hotel does not meet the standards. The room was ok but lacked basic amenities like refrigerator, tea coffee maker or a microwave. The hair dryer was out dated and not functioning. Location is good.

Once a great place to stay

Sad to see a once great place to stay deteriorate to this level. First room was very dirty and in complete disrepair but was upgraded and moved to a nicer room. No housekeeping service one day for no reason. No 24 hour room service. Hotel needs a complete upgrade. Would never stay here again.

WiFi is not free

Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. However, free WiFi is only for 2 devices. Any other devices are $10 a night. Also, pool area has no shade unless you rent a cabana.

Very Disappointing

Pros: the casino was nice.
Cons: check in and update your rooms
Location: great
My niece room toilet kept backing up, the air quality sucked , we had to wait in line for two hours to get checked in and the Wi-Fi was horrible.

Check in was too slow and awful, staff does not know how to treat customers. Only three were there and one left for about 15 minutes with long line of customers and had hard time checking out did not won't to give me my deposit

Location: location was great...
we had booked a no smoking room, but as soon as we walked of the elevator and got to the hallway to the room, we smelled cigarette smoke. The room didn't though. we were disappointed because we got stuck in a room with no view of the strip, this was one reason we picked a hotel in the middle of the strip. We had a room with a connecting door and the people on the other side were very loud a night, didn't get much sleep, with the noise next door and the volcano across the street going off constantly. Not everybody goes to Las Vegas to party all night.

Location: the location was close to everything
We got there to check in around 5pm the room we booked back in march wasn't ready we had to take a room we didn't want or wait 2hrs no one could show us how to get to our room

Pros: The beds were awesome.
Cons: Coffee in the room.
Location: Very close to Ceasar's for concerts.
The beds were soooooooo comfortable. The only thing missing was coffee in the room.

Staff is very helpful and accommodating. Only negative, was always being asked to go on there tour, only 45 mins, 3 hours later they are trying to get you in on this great opportunity. If it's so great tell me the price up front.

Middle of the Vegas strip

Like this hotel, the one thing I will complain about was our fridge didn't work at all there was no microwave and also our air conditioning was cranked on high for ten days and it was barely even cold in our room. Over all good experience, friendly staff and a great location in the middle of the strip
