over night getaway

Posted May 25, 2015
Pros: Location and quality.
Cons: Better softer mattress.
Location: Casino, mall, restaurants and lots of shopping all with in a couple of blocks. Freeway also very close.
Enjoyed the hotel and the location. Due to a mess up at the front desk they tried to put someone in our room at 4am which was a little upsetting. Then at about 8:20 am the front desk called twice and woke us up to confirm who we were in the room. I know it was a technical mess up but never the less, it disturbed us in the middle of the night and again early on a Sunday morning when we were still resting. The toilet also did not work properly but other that the above mentioned, the rest of our stay and the property was pleasing.

Pros: Restaurant help
Cons: Serve a free hot breakfast.

We were expecting more from a Hilton Hotel. The room was average. The bed and pillows not really comfortable.

Two nights in Vegas

Posted Apr 18, 2015
Pros: A medium sized hotel with a clean outdoor pool. The hotel was in a fairly quiet location for the Vegas area.
Location: Near a casino but not right in the hotel. Lots of fast food restaurants nearby. About 8 km. from the McCarran Car Rental return on the same road.
This was a clean pleasant hotel. We didn't use a lot of the amenities because our stay was short. What set this hotel apart from others was the strong customer service by staff members. One of our party experienced a health problem and a staff member did everything she could to make the stay comfortable and it made a positive difference. This hotel is quite close to a variety of restaurants. It's also on the same road as the McCarran Airport car rental return. It's a few miles away but close enough to be convenient to the airport without the noise. It's helpful to have a fridge and microwave in the room when travelling as well.

Great Place to Stay

Posted Apr 12, 2015
Pros: Restaurant, great food
Cons: Our neighbors were quite noisy and could hear conversations thru vents
Location: Henderson Nevada, go see Hoover Dam and Lake Mead. Also not to far to the Las Vegas Strip but away from all of the craziness of Las Vegas.
We loved this hotel. Was our first experience staying at a Hilton Garden Inn. Loved the fact that it had a great restaurant with reasonable prices and we did not have to go looking for places to eat when we are tired and hungry from traveling all day. Wonderful friendly helpful staff. Will definitely stay again.

The hallway to our room had a terrible gas like smell. The hotel staff did not seem to care when I complained of the smell. They said they were aware of the smell but could not do anything about it, and the hotel was full.
