Great place to stay in 'Vegas

What a great place! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was fantastic. Big, clean, and quiet. What else could you want? The hotel isn't on the strip, but it's close to a monorail station so you can get there easily. No casino means this place is quiet and it doesn't attract weirdos like some of the other hotels in 'Vegas. We will stay there again next time.

Not the Hilton Hotel

Pros: The staff
Cons: Be forthright about what it is. A timeshare with no dining facilities (OK a small snack bar, no business center and no in house laundry.
This is not the Hilton as pictured its a time share with no dining room, no business center or laundry service. It deceptively marketed as the original Hilton now the Westgate. The staff were good, but they don't make up for the necessary services for business people.

Good place to stay when they don't lose your reser

Pros: clean and comfy bed
Cons: better pull out couch bed and please don't lie to clients when you're not actually sold out. I hate being lied to.
Location: it's las vegas. Figure it out.
So it's a nice hotel with clean facilities but they lost our reservation when we were pulling in late at night. Then they proceeded to tell us the whole place was sold out and we would have to go elsewhere. We ended up driving around looking and calling different places only to find everyone else was booked. So I jumped back on Expedia and lo n behold there was an opening at this very hotel where they just lost our reservation and said it was sold out. So I booked it. Went back. Voila. We got into the very place where it was "Sold Out". I hate this stupid game hotels play with online booking services. The hostess was clearly lying to be at the start and I could sense it in her voice the first time around. Then I show up with a new booking and she's all peaches. Left me with a bad experience overall and unhappy.

Wished I would have booked at Hiltons my whole trip. The two other hotels we stayed at did not compare to the Hilton.

Wonderful nice and clean the only inconvenience is the jacuzzi tub was not working. But I'm satisfied with the experience.

Great hotel

Check in was smooth. Front desk clerk was very nice and pleasant. We booked a studio for our stay. Nice and clean room. Bathroom was a bit small. Overall we had a great and relaxing stay, nice clean and modern hotel. Two thumbs up!

Great hotel

Pros: It's off the strip and quiet.
Location: This hotel is located very close to mono rail so you have easy access to the strip and also close to buses to get to Freemont st & outlet stores
The hotel was great, staff were very friendly. They have a great pool area including BBQ's and a little shop. Excellent everything you need.

Nice Hotel But Poor Food

It's off the strip but only about 2 blocks from the monorail. Nice place and pretty quiet. However, I don't recommend paying the extra nine dollars a day for the breakfast. There is no restaurant in the hotel. There is a small store with a grill and a very limited breakfast menu. The breakfast sandwich I had was only slightly warm, not fresh and pretty tasteless. The store also has a pizza oven but the pizza was marginal and not worth the price.

I'll be back in this hotel

Pros: Very quiet .
Cons: Nothing. The hotel is perfect,has a very good staff.
Location: Location? A big problem.The hotel is far from the strip and you need a rented car .
I was in one bedroom suite.Wonderful staying,very clean and you don't need nothing,you have there everything.
