“I stayed in better hotel.”

I stayed in better hotels than this one but the price was big advantage (I hate telling you get what you pay because it is not exactly), room was clean without any bugs or animals.Parking place is included, internet connection is for additional few dollars. I wouldn´t go there for longer than 1-2 days stay. They provide room cleaning service only 1 times a week. But for 1-2 days I don´t care. Kitchen on the room is a good idea. Little smelly corridors, but the room itself was ok. Safe area. Hospital for any cases is nearby :)

“Good value”

I needed a room for one night. I did not need anything fancy, just a clean and quiet room to sleep. That's what I got. If you need a fancy room with LCD TV, minibar, etc. this is not for you. The location is great. There is a mall and several restaurants within couple miles.

“CONVENIENT, GOOD VALUE FOR $.”

Like a lot of people that have written reviews of this location I too was expecting more than what I got, but this is not a 5 star hotel with all the amenities that one expects from it. This is a comfortable, middle of the road stretching to barely deserve a 3 star rating. If convenience, good price and all the comforts of home is what you're looking for, than this is it. Remember you need to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and things you normally would have to supply yourself if you were home, hence the meaning "all the comforts of home."

“Poor customer service”

Clean room, great rate, convenient location - very basic comfort (full bed, no shampoo, uncomfortable beds, looks more like a dorm room..) However, hotel service is extremely poor: my husband was unable to check-in (he has the reservation + credit card) since I was not present, he could not even leave the luggage. We had to change room because the original room was super smelly (they allow pets), they got confused (we booked 2 rooms) and when we came back at night our luggage were not there! We had to negotiate for 10 minutes (answering stupid questions) with the employee to get our luggage back..

“not impressed”

The reseptionist was nice, but hotel's bed was unconfortable. The lobbies smell tabacco smog all day and night. The hotel had fleas. Bad service.

“Great stay!”

The room was comfortable and the staff was truly wonderful! We got in late and it was nice having a 24hr Denny's next door for a late supper. With a vehicle and GPS we had no trouble getting all over town from the hotel. Will definitely stay there again.

“Quiet, but the bed was hard as a rock”

The bed was so hard that I woke up very sore in the morning. The shower head was 3 tiny sprays. It was clean and very quiet on the third floor. Close to shopping and the children's hospital.

“My Vegas choice.”

This hotel is located in a great location OFF the strip amidst a business/medical area. It offers kitchen facilities, and caters to longer term stays. A number of guests are contract workers, gone during the day and sleeping at night thus I found it very quiet and subdued for Vegas. Lots of parking, laundry facilities, outdoor barb-q area. Situated on a major bus route with direct airport access. Probably a $15-$20 cab fare to the strip or e-z access via transit. Staff extremely helpful, it's now my first choice when I visit Vegas.

“HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!”

Clean room, great service and the location is not bad at all. Not far from the strip and very very close to the convention center.
