“Poor customer service”
Clean room, great rate, convenient location - very basic comfort (full bed, no shampoo, uncomfortable beds, looks more like a dorm room..) However, hotel service is extremely poor: my husband was unable to check-in (he has the reservation + credit card) since I was not present, he could not even leave the luggage. We had to change room because the original room was super smelly (they allow pets), they got confused (we booked 2 rooms) and when we came back at night our luggage were not there! We had to negotiate for 10 minutes (answering stupid questions) with the employee to get our luggage back..
“Quiet, but the bed was hard as a rock”
The bed was so hard that I woke up very sore in the morning. The shower head was 3 tiny sprays. It was clean and very quiet on the third floor. Close to shopping and the children's hospital.

The reseptionist was nice, but hotel's bed was unconfortable. The lobbies smell tabacco smog all day and night. The hotel had fleas. Bad service.
