Nice hotel, a little far from the strip though

Posted Jul 20, 2015
Pros: I liked how the hotel has a kitchen, fridge, couches and is clean.
Cons: The staff was rude and condescending when we asked for a roll-away bed and had other questions with the room.
Location: Location is far from the strip. For my money stay at the Homewood Suites by the airport. Its closer and staff is a bit nicer.
I felt my experience was okay. The hotel itself is fine and had the typical Homewood Suites feel; however, a few things were slightly off such as the staff being a little rude, our room feeling a bit muggy and our room being in from of the housekeeping room, which tends to be a bit loud during the day.The room was clean and has all the necessary amenities you would expect from a Homewood Suites with breakfast included.

The clerk was very rude.

My 17 year old was trying to check in and the lady at the front desk was very rude. I understand the law with persons under 21 and checking policies, but she could have been more professional.

Nice quiet place to do your work away from strip

Posted Jun 26, 2015
Pros: Beds were good, hot breakfast was "decent", quiet.
Cons: Nothing, you get what you pay for here.
Location: Golf, lots of 24 hr stuff very close by, Pharmacy, grocery store close.
I am not a "Vegas guy", don't gamble etc. I also don't like crowded, smoky casinos. This is a perfect place out by golf courses, away from the hustle and bustle. Rooms are comfortable, and props to the hotel for a really solid comfy bed.

Good location

Posted Jun 24, 2015
Cons: Might make it more obvious that there are 2 Homewood Suite hotels close to the airport at Vegas and this one is actually further away than the other o
Booked hotel for night after flying into Las Vegas before picking up rental car and driving onto Utah. Handy location with free shuttle from airport. Would recommend other guests clarify where shuttle picks people up from though as we were waiting on wrong level outside airport terminal. The airport signposting says shuttles collect at ground level but hotel shuttles collect from level 0 which is one level down - ie the basement. Not obvious at all! When we arrived another guest was having a disagreement with reception staff and duty manager and was very rude to them. I thought they did a very good job of staying calm and polite under difficult circumstances and should be applauded for doing so.

Very nice hotel. Our family stayed there for a wedding over the weekend. The rooms and beds are clean and comfortable and the hotel overall is nicely decorated. The pool is very nice as well. Good location with lots of restaurants nearby.

Fine hotel

Posted May 31, 2015
Fine hotel if you have a car and want to be off the Strip. Rooms are good, the fan in the bedroom is perfect. Even though it states a fully equipped kitchen, we missed a frying pan and the cutlery was not complete. We ended up not using the kitchen for cooking so didn't bother addressing it with the Front Desk. Breakfast was fine, love the boiled eggs option, there's a good variety. Unfortunately they changed to plastic forks, knifes and spoons after our first breakfast. Makes it look cheap, don't understand why you would change it if you have the real stuff. What wasn't mentioned when I booked the room is that on Monday through Thursday they serve a complementary dinner as well. can't tell you how it was since we didn't use it. But it's a nice touch. Would stay here again.

Pros: The room was pretty nice, although they don't have programmable thermostats and somehow the heat came on. Since it was the first time burn smell.
Cons: The breakfast could be better, especially refilling it timely.
Location: I like the location in Henderson, as it is away from the strip.
The hotel room is well suited for the business traveler.
