Good for airport and car rental

Posted Aug 18, 2014
Pros: Proximity to car rental and airport, large rooms, polite staff.
Cons: I think the aircon was stuck on cool
Location: Very near airport and car rental.
There's a good reason the road on which this hotel stands is called 'Hidden Well Road', it's secreted amongst a spaghetti junction of highways and one-way streets! It's not that near to the Las Vegas strip but we knew that. Having said that, when we did find it, we were greeted politely and in a friendly manner and found the room to be the best we had stayed in over the 3 weeks we had been travelling - it's like a small flat with combined living room/kitchen (microwave oven, fridge-freezer, hob) a large bedroom and ensuite bathroom. It was in a much better condition than Ceasar's Palace, where we had stayed for 2 nights at the start of our holiday. It was half the price too for a Kingsize room. You probably wouldn't book this hotel if you were staying in Vegas for your full holiday but it's extremely near to the airport and car rental garage so it's great for your last night when getting your plane early the next day. We'd stay there again for exactly that.

Great hotel for a family!

Posted Aug 9, 2014
Perfect! The staff was helpful and always had a cheery attitude. The breakfast and dinner saved us $$$ as we were traveling with three kids. The pool was nice and was never packed. The rooms were nice and clean. Although the hotel is by the airport we never heard any noise from the planes. This is a great place to stay with kids!!!

Good location

Posted Jul 26, 2014
Cons: Breakfast was a little disappointing with no plates or cutlery. Things came eventually when we asked staff but they did not seem very keen to help!
Location: Location good for airport and we could walk to the car rental centre to collect our rental vehicle - although it was very hot!
The hotel was in a good location to stay when flying into Las Vegas. The courtesy bus came quickly when called using the free phone at the airport although had a struggle finding a phone that worked - not the hotels fault!

Nice Hotel close to strip

Posted Jul 14, 2014
Pros: Very lovely hotel. Clean, spacious and very much appreciated the shuttle service. Took us straight to the hotel where convention was.
Cons: Nothing, it was all great.
Location: Location was hard for us to find, but the young man at desk gave us better directions, so next time we will find it easier. Close to strip
Stayed here for the Professional Beauty Association Convention which was at another hotel. It was affordable and very nice. Bed was very comfortable. Very large room. Almost like a small apartment. Loved our stay here with only one disappointment. The room next to us had a little screamer that made an afternoon nap impossible. I did not report it to management, so my own fault.

Unexpected Extras

Posted Jul 12, 2014
Pros: The food, the atmosphere, the cleanliness, the pool, the fact that children were allowed.
When we checked in with our 3 children, we were pleasantly surprised to find out that both breakfast AND dinner were included in the price. The food was very good and you could tell that the chef took pride in his work. The lobby and dining area were elegantly decorated and clean. Overall, an excellent experience.

Nice hotel not too far from the strip

Posted Jul 10, 2014
Pros: This hotel don't charge resort fee as compare to other hotels on the strip.
Cons: The hotel need a little bite of update interior painting.
Location: Not much you can do without a car or shuttle bus bring you to the strip or shopping mall.
Over all the hotel is not too bad as compare to the hotel on the stripa and very close to the airport and car rental. Have a full breakfast every morning with good selection and also have a free dinner during weekday with foods all you can eat. This hotel just a regular hotel without walking through the casino before you go to the check in counter and your room. Too bad the WiFi is out of service while I am staying there for 5 days It only work with wired internet connection.

Great little jewel just off the strip

Posted Jul 8, 2014
Pros: I love the shuttle service it was a nice way to get out and not have to park in all the craziness.
Cons: Not enough towels at the pool area, also the doors are really hard to open
Location: We loved the location, nice and quiet.
Good overall experience! The kids loved the pool and there were some nice amenities you don't ever see at hotels like BBQ grills and a mini putting range.

Hands down best hotel off the strip! And it has a 24hr shuttle that runs every hour and takes you to Mandalay Bay and picks you up whenever you're ready to go back to your room. Will definitely stay here again :)
