Great Stay
Posted Jan 16, 2013
Pros: The suite worked well for my family.
Cons: The parking isn't easy access. After the first few days we started using valet parking at $5 a day.
Location: The Jockey Club was close to everything and that was great.
It was a great stay, the suite worked well for my family, the location was easy to get to and from the strip and I would recommend to my friends. The parking wasn't what I would call easy access.

Perfect location

Pros: Location, kitchen, access to the Strip.
Chose Jockey Resort for its location and full kitchen. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Loved that it was So near to the Strip, but back far enough that we couldn't hear any noise. Planning to make this our go-to place in Las Vegas.

Highly recommended - great for families

Pros: Location, cleanliness, size of rooms
Cons: Bins were emptied at 5:30am
Location: Mid Strip - close to everything
We were lucky to have a room that faced the Bellagio and it was fantastic (not that we spent much time in the room). The suite we had was very clean and having a kitchen was brilliant. The supplied shampoo and soap was high quality. On site laundry was also great. The only down comment was that the hotel bins were emptied at 5:30am and the truck was noisy. The location mid strip was perfect and the Hotel staff and parking were great. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel for single travellers and families.

Pros: It was quiet, but right in the centre of all the attractions of Vegas
Cons: I had difficulty in parking in the garage shared with the Constellation. It was finding the correct elevators for the Jockey Club
Location: Right behind the Constellation Hotel, south of Ceasars Palace, on the strip
I had a one bedroom apartment, and was able to make my own breakfast and any meals I chose to do. In addition to a tv, there was also full game playing opportunities and dvd service available. The maid came every day, and the concierge provided all information on shows, trips and could get discounts on show tickets.. The hotel also organized trips to grocery stores for those who did not have a car (I did), had a swimming pool and a general service store in the lobby. I will definitely use this facility if I go back. The only problem is that the hotel is a bit difficult to find at first. As I have been going to Vegas since 1970, I had no difficulties once I found the hotel.

Pros: Size of the space
Location: Great
The staff in the hotel were great.bww loved the space we had. There were three women and it worked really well. The only problem we had were the phones dis not work for three days. We reported it three times and it was never fixed. The use of the Coamopolitan hotel pool was terrific.

Comfortable, affordable and great location

We chose the Jockey Club because it was one of the few places in Las Vegas which could easily accommodate our family of five at a reasonable price. With a kitchen, two bathrooms and two bedrooms, it was very comfortable but it's location right on the strip next to the Bellagio was fantastic as well. We wouldn't stay anywhere else if we were to return to Las vegas.

Good stay

Pros: Location and the facilities in the room.
Cons: A bit hard to find the first time and getting through the sidewalk traffic into the driveway.
Location: The best if you need or want to be on the Strip
A very pleasant surprise. The room was very comfortable and we had a great view. It is positioned very well on the strip. The parking facility was very good once I figured out the signage. We are likely to return in the future if we need a strip hotel.

Good central location, with large clean rooms
Posted Jan 16, 2013
Pros: Location to the strip
Cons: Did not like the lady who tried to get us to go to a meeting,by offering us free incentives like discout vouchers, re attempt to sell us a timeshare
Location: Right next to the Cosmopolitian, very central
We were a bit concerned about some of the reviews regarding rooms with a view of a brick wall, howver even though we did get a room with a view of the brick wall, it was not a problem, and apparently it was because we booked thru a 3rd part (i.e. Expedia) and not direct with the Jockey Club. But to be honest how long would you spend looking out of your hotel room window in Vegas !!, and the fountains at the Bellagio perform all day long, so i am sure the novelety of them would have worn off quickly. Check in and out was fast and easy and staff were all friendly and helpful, rooms were very big, with a massive king size bed, eak in wardrobe, good bathrrom, with bath with powerful shower over, and large living and kitchen area. We had an issue with the toilet on 2nd day, reported it to reception and it was repaired by the time we returned. Great location on the strip, without the high price for rooms, would stay here again.
