“Had a amazing time !”
Hotel was great and very clean. No fridge in the room was a little disappointing. The overall was very good.
“the room was in poor condition”
I have photos of the carpet and other areas of the room and wish I could post them here...when walked into our room the stains on the carpet were terrible! there were tears in the curtains and large chips out of the tiles in the bathroom.Hilton used to carry a name of prestige ....I would not recommend this Hilton to anyone.
“Rooms need updating.”
The casino itself was very nicely maintained. However the room was very disappointing, our dressers and nightstands looked like they hadn't been dusted in awhile, our bed linens were stained and our shower head had so much water pressure it felt like someone was stabbing us. We were here for business so weren't in the room a whole lot. But being a "Hilton Hotel" I expected more.
“Good Hotel”
My only compliant is I could not get or even Buy a decent cup of coffee in the Hotel. "Note; you can buy a Fontur --Starbucks /Seattles Best Expresso type coffee" I did it was to strong for me" other might love it. I dont like these super strong coffees, I just want a normal coffee first thing in the morning.
“Not what I expected.”
Hotel was nice but, if I ever went back I would not stay there again. Employees were friendly and helpful. Room was clean but didn't have anything "special" about it. Not what I would expect from a "Vegas" hotel after seeing other Hotel's around. I got what I paid for, I guess.
“Hypothermic in Vegas...”
Was not satisfied with my hotel at all. The Hilton known by name worldwide, had the most uncomfortable room. My hotel was so cold, the thermostat in the room was so old and did not work. The tiles were nice but with the heater not working the tiles were ice cold, it was a rude awaking to walk from the bed to the restroom.
“okay”
Check in clerk was rude and not very helpful. Other than that, it was a fun experience.
“Works for me!”
Room was nice. Beds were comfortable. Housekeeping was a little slow. Did not receive services until late afternoon.
“Will go back with in 6 months”
A few hidden fees to watch for, like bottled water inside room automatic $8.00
“off strip with monorail convenience”
Older hotel with limited amenities (tv, safe, hair dryer) translate- no coffeemaker/tea, no mini bar Go Green option (no maid service or towel replacement) and get a $10 credit at hotel eateries for each night. Get a room facing the golf course. Srip facing rooms also subject to monorail noise all night/day long. Dining and on site store staff extremely helpful and courteous. Will return but minimal room features not for everyone.
