Best kept secret for Las Vegas localsPosted Jul 12, 2014
Pros: I liked the ease of getting to the room, the lay-out of the room, the bed was clean and comfortable and the hotel's proximity to everything.
Cons: There needs to be a sign off of Tenaya "LaQuinta" There is no sign, you need to use your GPS to find it, it's set off in the back, but along the 95
Location: Located near Rainbow and Cheyenne, there is every store you can think of is located, lots of restaurants.
My home was undergoing some renovations, and i needed to find a hotel closeby and affordable under 50/per night. I found this hotel on Expedia. It was clean, the room had everything I needed for a few nights, and it also had free WiFi. The staff were so friendly and accomodating. I think this hotel is the nicest one (off the strip) that I have ever stayed at.

Very pleased!Posted Jun 2, 2014
Pros: Easy to find, close to where I needed to be. Quality rooms.
Cons: Can't think of anything.
Location: Shopping, restaurants, movies.
They accommodated a very late arrival and request for rooms near one another. Quality of the stay was excellent. Will stay there again!

Good breakfast. We had a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly. The fitness center was enough for our workout needs.

Great Hotel ... Great Price!Posted May 27, 2014
Pros: Beds very comfy! Nice relaxing pool!
Cons: Breakfast - need some protein! Bathtub was stained.
Location: Great restaurant nearby ... Wine 5 Cafe. Excellent food, great service, reasonably priced.
Nice hotel, great location away from the hustle & bustle of the strip. Hotel is pet friendly and there is nice outdoor space to walk your dog(s). Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.

ComfortablePosted May 14, 2014
Cons: More options for breakfast (bacon, scrambled eggs etc.)
The only draw backs are the less than satisfactory "free breakfast" and a communication failure about late check out. We were told that it was on our "account." But, we were locked out when our keys stopped working at noon (the normal checkout time). Besides that, it is a pleasant place to stay for a night.

Pet FriendlyPosted May 13, 2014
Pros: Grounds, gazebo, able to eat out on tables.
Cons: One other thing, on day of our check out the housemaid knocked on our door around 9am and said we were written down as checked out!!! RUDE!
Location: Target, Major fast foods on the main cross streets Cheyenne and/or Lake Mead
Actually enjoyed my stay, Was not very noisy considering all the other dogs staying there, Rooms were clean. But the paint on the cupboards were peeling and the room does show its age. Carpet was alright considering they allow pets, my dog kept sniffing one corner of the room, so I knew there was something there on the floor not cleaned.

Dirty!Posted May 11, 2014
There was shavings in the sink and dried toothpaste around the sink faucets, there was hair on the restroom floor and the remote control was full of gunk! The manager sighed as we complained and said he would leave a note for housekeeping! Never was the problem resolved or an apology given!

Accessible to freeway, restaurants and shoppingPosted May 7, 2014
Cons: Making sure the rooms always have fresh towels, coffee, cream and sugar when it is out
Location: Casinos, shopping and restaurants are in summerlin, so no need to go to the strip.
The location was great and so was the room. Had to call front desk several times throughout my stay to bring up towels, coffee, creamer and sugar. Steve the night manager was awesome and a very friendly. I wish there had been a fridge in the room.

Good value.Posted Apr 29, 2014
Good value. Not close to downtown Las Vegas so be prepared to drive if you want to sight see. The decor is dated but well kept.

Safe from the StripPosted Apr 7, 2014
I decided to come to a hotel that kept me away from the hectic pace of hotels on the strip. I was able to finish work and enjoy a restful break from when I did go downtown for recreation. The hotel is new enough and well kept. It is off the beaten track and easy to locate from the freeway (but a little hard to locate once off the freeway).
