Look elsewherePosted Jul 12, 2013
Pros: Breakfast was nice. Room was very clean. Close to family.
Cons: Cancelled reservation at other hotel to stay at La Quinta. Next time, we'll do our homework.
Wanted a room with a king-sized bed bot booked one with a queen. What we got was a double: 61"x 74". Very uncomfortable. Card on desk mentioned complimentary water but attendant on call at desk advised us that bottled water was for 'members only.' Card did not mention that. Owned my own service business for over 40 yrs. Just give the people what they expect, what they book. This shouldn't be hard to figure out.

Excellent Value & Good Summerlin LocationPosted Jul 9, 2013 on Hotels.com
I will stay here again when I need to be in Summerlin. The hotel is clean, comfortable with a nice kitchen. The value for what we got is unbeatable. The service was very good (atypical for Las Vegas). Julie at the front desk was notably kind and helpful.

Great ExperiencePosted Jun 25, 2013 on Hotels.com
I had a wonderful experience. Loraine (i believe that was her name) was extremely kind and helpful. I was really happy with the quality of the room and the quality of the service. I got all my needs taken care of and not to mention the 24 hour pool. I am def booking a room here again.

EXCELLENT STAYPosted Jun 23, 2013
Pros: BEAUTIFUL GROUNDS. WELL-MAINTAINED. QUIET ATMOSPHERE EVEN ON A BUSY HOLIDAY WEEKEND.NICE ROOM AND BED COMFORTABLE. A PLUS WHEN ONE TRAVELS OFTEN.
Cons: HAVE AN AUTOMATIC DOOR AT THE ENTRANCE WHICH WOULD BE HELPFUL IN CARRYING/HANDLING LUGGAGE
Location: GOOD LOCATION. A BIT OF A DISTANCE FROM THE LAS VEGAS STRIP BUT OTHER GOOD RESTAURANTS, CASINOS, ENTERTAINMENT, ETC. NEARBY.
ENJOYED GREATLY RECENT STAY AT THIS WELL-MAINTAINED HOTEL. THE STAFF WAS WONDERFUL!!! GREETED WITH A WARM SMILE CONSISTENTLY BY EACH STAFF MEMBER ENCOUNTERED. WANTED TO MAKE SURE GUEST ACCOMMODATIONS WERE COMFORTABLE AND IF ANYTHING ADDITIONAL WAS NEEDED. WOULD CERTAINLY STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN AND SUGGEST THE SAME TO OTHER FRIENDS/FAMILY TRAVELING IN THE AREA.

Quiet locationPosted May 4, 2013
Pros: The location
Cons: Some noise from equipment outside the room
Location: Italian and Mexican(ish) restaurants nearby both good.
The hotel is unobtrusive and quiet, not what you might expect for Las Vegas (although it is some way from the City Centre) but looks as if it is need of a bit of a makeover internally. The room was comfortable and the breakfasts good. The location was good for visiting Red Rock Canyon and other attractions to the west of the City.
