Nice clean facilities with benefits.

Posted Nov 9, 2014
I Was not really expecting much but at least to have the room I paid for. I was very pleased with the cleanliness and some of the amenities such as spa, pool, work out room and more than just a traditional, continental breakfast. The room itself had a small fridge along with the standard iron and blow dryer. It is a small hotel which was fine with us. The only drawback is the location of our room next to the major street (Tropicana) and the windows which don't suppress much traffic noise but as the night settles in so does the traffic. Overall, I was very happy with everything and would stay again as well as recommend to friends. Pleasant staff.

Well maintained and comfortable setting.

Pros: very clean and well tended.
Over all a very pleasant experience. Room was pleasant but the shower area was a lttle tight, otherwise the room was very nicely appointed . Nice blackout drapes.

Nice and clean dogs friendly hotel

Posted Oct 20, 2014
The hotel is better than I expacted. This is our first time staying off vegas strip since we brough our two dogs with us. The check in and out was very smooth and they are very dog friendly without pet fee!! The room was big and clean! Nothing looks old or outdated, the bed was very comfy, and the decor was nice too!! My husband, my two furbabies and I had such a great time staying with them! Oh the price is very reasonable with no resort fee!!

Nice hotel close to the Strip

Posted Oct 18, 2014
Pros: Free wifi, complimentary breakfast, close to the Strip.
It was a nice hotel, very close to the Strip and you could walk there if you don't have a car. Just be aware of the heat and the busy streets! The staff were nice and responsive. I am very grateful that they found my expensive personal item. I was very pleased that this hotel provided free wifi because I had to use the internet for work. I was also pleased with the complimentary breakfast but it would be better if there were some hot items. The provided free newspaper everyday was a very good gesture to the hotel guests. The hotel building is old but I think it is well maintained. It reminded me of some European hotels without elevators but it was good to force us to do some exercises although there are only two floors. The rooms are big enough but the noise from the busy street and the neighbours were annoying at night. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Clean And Comfortable. Good Bfast.

Posted Sep 22, 2014
Pros: comfortable beds
Cons: hallway carpets were dirty. outside trash cans were over flowing and "locals" were digging through the trash every morning.
Location: short drive to everything Las Vegas. Avoid driving the strip unless you have plenty of time and like traffic.
We liked the beds and pillows - very comfortable. AC worked great and kept room very cool, which is important when it is 100 degrees outside. our room faced the street (Tropicana) and the not so lovely adult store. I always use the white noise app on my phone, so traffic noise not a problem. ' Breakfast was nice - coffee, waffles, cereals, yogurt, toast and some HB eggs. Staff did a nice job keeping everything stock and clean. I would stay here again.

Decent hotel for crashing at night

Posted Sep 18, 2014
Pros: Good location, Very Clean, Reasonably Priced
Location: There is a pharmacy right across the road for booze, chocolates, medicines and other such stuff
This is the perfect hotel to crash at in Vegas before heading out for a road trip. What is even better is that it is located right next to the strip, so even if one is tempted to head out to the strip, one is never really far away from a comfy bed. That being said, if one intends to stay in Vegas for a 2-3 days then a property on the strip is recommended. As far as La Quinta goes, the room was very clean, the breakfast was good, though pretty basic. There are 3-4 La Quinta's in Vegas, so be sure about the one you are booked in to avoid driving around later.

Pros: Proximity to Strip, free breakfast, free WIFi
Cons: No elevator - not sure it can be changed
Location: Near to Strip, in business district
Clean hotel - good breakfast- if your room faces the street side, it can be a little noisy.
