Perfectly located, lots of great food options for reasonable cost and plenty of entertainment. We enjoyed the Titanic exhibit and friends enjoyed the Bodies exhibit.

I booked 2 rooms through Expedia in the same booking. However, they were not able to give us to side by side rooms. They gave rooms which was on the same floor, but quite far. Room didn’t have coffee maker, cups or refrigerator. We asked if we could delay the checkout by 30min to an hour - they said it would cost $40. The backside of Luxor building was very dirty.

Checkin was quick. Cost was cheap. Only issue we had was the elevators in our part were very flaky but working the morning we left. Breakfast in the hotel was good and quck. Our room was very nice and large -larger than we expected. Staff at the hotel was very nice.

Overall, this was well worth the price. The facilities could use a good vacuuming and some light maintenance, but it was clean and well-kept overall. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, parking was convenient, and the food options in particular were excellent. My only serious complaint is that the MGM App didn't work perfectly; it outright failed during an elevator ride, and we wound up stranded until someone else called the elevator back down. Take the time to get a paper key!

While it was beautiful and clean. The staff did not know where certain elevators were when I asked and didn’t seem to know the property well. When we checked in I asked to be next to our friends but understood it might not be possibly. The guy told us he could get us on the same floor but only had a suite and we would have to pay to upgrade. We did so and then found out after even though we were on the same floor the they are broken up into sections and we couldn’t even get to his area without him because our key card only works to get us to our specific floor and section. I wouldn’t have wasted my money if I had know and would have just stayed on a different floor since it’s like we pretty much did anyway.

Overall I was pleased with my stay at the Luxor. The room was very clean. Staff was very nice. There are plenty of resturants and things to do within the hotel.

The carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a while and in the looked like toenails were on the carpet. The bathroom floor had more women's hair than what I have on my head!!! The furnishings are dated. I've stayed at the luxor many times but this was my last time!
