It's wonderful and satisfied. The staff of Luxor Hotel are very helpful and accommodating. The only negative side is that room have no coffee make.

Pros: Location, pool
Cons: Get rid of the scent piped in to the casino!
Location: Near Mandalar Bay, Excalibur, Tropicana
Casino floor and room are in need of an upgrade. I did not like the scent piped into the casino.

Pros: It huge and open not too crowded. I like the shows too.
Cons: the holder of the tissue is too far away from the toilet. I have to stand up to get the tissue paper. Otherwise it is beautiful. no complain
Location: walk to the next hotels and explore.
we changed our room because of bad smell and odor due to smoking. Immediately they find us a room, which is suite, big and beautiful and comfortable and clean. Didnt' wait long to find a room. I am very satisfied and happy. And also close to church shrine of the most holy redeemer.

Remember you get what you pay for. The room was a very good size but it had a few things broken. The bathroom and shower in particular were very nice. I told the staff of the issues when I was checking out and the accommodated me nicely. Would go back again

Smooth, Pleasing experience

Pros: The hotel was very well decorated and clean, and the staff was professional.
I did lots of research on hotels when I decided to visit Las Vegas. The Luxor seemed to provide everything that I needed for a simple long weekend vacation. The staff was friendly and check-in was smooth and easy. I found the room clean and orderly. There was always someone around when I needed to ask questions or request more towels, soap etc. I'd read comments that the hotel was a ways away from other things on the strip but I found everything within walking distance. Overall this hotel was everything I imagined for my first trip to the Las Vegas Strip. I will definitely be a loyal Luxor customer for my future trips to Las Vegas!

Horrible hotel!

Barhrooms were visibly dirty walls throughout the room were stained wood grain in furniture was beaten up. We were out of our room for approx 6hours and it was never freshened. Every evening the hall had full trash bags outside the rooms.
