Novel rooms

Overall the hotel staff was great and the gambling area had many game choices but it didn't feel crowded or was too noisy or smoky like many other places. The main negative is that we were constantly asked to see a timeshare place; however, the first time you don't realize that is what they are selling. They ask you if you want discounted tickets and then tell you the catch. We didn't bite but understand it's a 2 hour tour. Tip: make sure you tell them if it's your birthday for a chance to win some freeplay on their birthday wheel.

Just okay hotel...

Pros: The outside look...
Cons: Lighting and nicer elevator...
Location: Close to the airport...and spectacular sightseeing...
So dim inside the hotel and squeaky elevator too...looking for fridge or microwave in the room and there is nothing...

nice hotel but a little outdated

Cons: Registration could be faster.
Location: It was at the end of the strip - a long walk to the center of things.
We arrived at the hotel about 1:30 a.m. and had to wait in line at least half hour or so before we got to the counter. Then they told us they were out of 2 Queen sized hotel rooms although we had booked for one as there were 4 of us. Finally, after a long wait, they said they would upgrade us and give us a bigger room with 2 beds. It was about 3 a.m. before we finally got to our room.

Pros: Bed that's all.
Cons: Carpet cleaner , air freshener, redecorate. Tea and coffee in the room. Smiley staff. More strict on No smoking areas.
Location: I would recommend visiting Red Rock canyon, Death Valley, Hoover Adam, Grand Canyon and Zion. Also eat out in Zion much cheaper and yummy.
Smelly and musty could do with a revamp, carpets could do with a wash, air freshener needed. Noisy can hear neighbours clearly. Pool not in use. High service charges (watch out). And Pay again for spa with no working steam room. High tour fees and hire of car. We booked hire outside and saved a lot on tours. Staff not friendly and don't seem happy in their job. No drinks in room and very expensive in hotel area. The only good point bed is comfortable.

Pros: Les chambres sont spacieuses et agréables, le check in et check out très rapide et garde des bagages gratuite.
Cons:
Location: près aéroport donc pratique pour repartir,Tram gratuit on est vite près du MGM et 2ème tram gratuit au monte carlo pour rejoindre le Bellagio.
C'était la 2ème fois que nous séjournions au Luxor et le personnel est très disponible et souriant. Cet hotel sent très bon et c'est agréable quand on des enfants car à Végas les Casinos sentent vite la fumée or là l'odeur diffusée dans l'hotel est super agréable, le tram est très pratique car il relie le luxor à l'Excalibur et au Mandalay Bay.

Con problemas en algunas de las habitaciones

Pros: No es muy confiable.
Cons: Si tienen problemas deben hacerse responsables por los mismos.
El cuarto que me asignaron el primer día tenia goteras y solo tras mucha insistencia me realizaron cambio de habitación, em cabiaron a una habitación en la torre, sin embargo me cobraron diferencia de precio entre hambas habitaciones cuando el problema en realidad fue del hotel y ellos debieron cubrir la diferencia. El resto de los día estuvo sin contratiempos.

Maid was third person in our room

We checked in at almost 11 pm at night and the next morning awoke to a maid actually standing at the foot of our bed at 9 am. We tried shouting several times before she completely entered our room but she kept coming and literally stood at the end of our bed with her cleaning supplies to ask if we were ready. Neither my husband and I were in a position to be having unannounced company and couldn't get out of bed. This is even WITH the do not disturb sign on the door!! My husband went down to get coffee at this point and mentioned something to the front desk that said she would look into it. We never heard anything back or even received a generic apology. We extended our check out time until noon with the front desk then at 11:05 am I get a call from housekeeping asking if and when we will be out of the room because they need to clean it!!!! We literally were not even in the room for 12 hours before we were being harassed to leave by cleaning staff! We had actually decided to stay 2 additional nights but we packed up and went elsewhere. I will never stay here again.
