The hotel is very nice. The tram was very convienient and I loved the pool. Our room service was great, and all employees were enjoyable to talk to.

I loved my stay at the Luxor. Not only is the decor awesome but the hotel staff was too. Very helpful and courteous. Very good restaurants and gambling too. Would stay there again!

“Quality Service!”

Customer service was the best I've seen as this was the 5th time I've been to Vegas and stayed all at different hotels on the strip. Our initial room was within the pyramid but it was apparent once walking in that something was wrong with the air condition. The hotel staff didnt even hesitate to upgrade us free of charge to the newer remodled west wing. Which was infact much much nicer and obviously cooler than the first room. With that said i was a happy camper. Would for sure go back and stay there again....but next time ask for the upgrade.

I love the luxor. Its quiet and peaceful. I recommend a tower room though much better the the pyrmid. This is my third stay and I plan on coming back last year. Overall nice stay. Only problem was the bed was a little hard but nothing to bad!

From the moment I saw Luxor, I was excited to be staying there. I loved how quick and easy it was to check into and get settled in my room because everything had been prearranged. The room was larger than I expected. The view from my 5th floor window was just fine. The bathroom was great, and the shower was awesome. My king size bed was very comfortable. The ac worked well and the room temperature was very nice. The non-smoking room looked and smelled very clean. The casino isn't very large, but it was nice to spend some time in my own hotel's casino. Very close to many other casinos with a short walk or tram ride. Checking out was also a breeze because everything had been prepaid. I would stay at Luxor again, and probably will choose it for my next Vegas getaway.

“Very Nice! I would stay again!”

I've always wanted to stay at the Luxor and finally did. First good thing; they had a room ready for me to check in at 11:00 (check in was supposed to be at 3:00). So they scored many points there (it was a Wed.). At first when I arrived in my room, it was extremely HOT!!! The AC was hardly blowing and I was worried and uncomfortable. I guess I could have requested another room right away, but figured it was just hot because: 1. it's Vegas, and 2. they probably had the shades open to clean. So, I gave them a break. I DID however pull open/break the vent open so more air could come out of the AC. After returning to the room in a couple of hours, the room temp was finally cold. There were some holes and scrapes on the walls in the hallways, but the room was clean and nice. I loved the whole Egyption vibe! Other than the room being real hot at first, it was a hip hotel, and will definitley stay there again!!! Front desk was extremely friendly too.
