We had water damage in our first room and it smelled horribly like mould. After asking, we were moved into the room next door. Although staff were accommodating, they did not apologize nor did they seem interested in fixing the problem with the first room. Typical hotel room. Good housekeeping service. The hotel itself was very nice and we enjoyed the pool area.

To start when we arrived at the hotel we checked in using a debit card instead of charging a $200 deposit they charged us $300 deposit, when we called the hotel staff and notified them of the mistake they told us we are wrong and whatever Our Expedia booking says is also wrong then have few nights after we had he taken out of the water bottles from the fridge that was provided by the hotel the reason we took out the water bottles is because we needed to put our own medicine inside the fridge we had not drank anything from the fridge yet they charged another hundred and $175 Dollar deposit from my friends debit card you have to gain know that was a total of almost $500 my friend was not able to use Until we were back in our own countryalso while playing at the casino don't bother to get any free drinks because anytime you ask them for free drink they say this is not our section and when you make a big deal the manager comes and tries to Yell at you I stayed in the staywell the room was okay I like the fact that you could make it completely dark even at 3 o'clock in the afternoon the only problem was the room service was way too long it took them hours to bring anything and the showers were very slow water would come out very slowly it was very annoying honestly MGM is just the name you can stay at a way better hotel with way better facilities for way cheaper my sister-in-law had stayed at the Luxor she paid for one week what we paid for three days

Pros: The rooms, restaurants, casino, everything!
Cons: Pillows/beds could be more comfortable neither of us liked the pillows.
Location: Great location at the south end of the strip
We stayed for 4 nights and loved it. The location was great walking distance to some stores had several bus stops nearby and the monorail station as well. Great restaurants and shows.

From the initial inquiry call to check out the customer service was lacking. This was my 7th Las Vegas trip and I will not be spending another at the MGM

Pros: I love that MGM Grand is right in the middle of the Las Vegas Strip. Easy to get to all the other venues from here.
Cons: Check out time should be at 12 noon, instead of 11 a.m.. Also, they gave us 2 queen beds instead of the king we booked for.
Location: Accessible to most properties along the Las Vegas Strip. Great location.
It's my first time to stay here. Overall, it was a good experience, although it felt a little crowded (not surprising perhaps because it was the weekend).

my room came with 2 buffet meals per day and was fully paid for through my travel agency but the service staff kept asking me to pay more money. I insisted to speak to supervisor at my check out because I insisted I had paid for everything. It was then I was told they have overcharged my credit card and that the charges will be returned to me. I could have lost an extra $400 to this.
