Tv didn't work right they couldn't fix it kept saying Disconnecting divices every 10 seconds and the water wasn't sinking fast enough in shower

Great stay...including beautiful view!! Wanted to stay longer, however, time did not permit it. Every comfortable, and almost everything needed was there. Only thing missing was a coffee maker, to help you rise and shine! Enjoy (< :

“Excellent....but.....”

Excellent stay...Excellent hotel.....Our only issue was that the cleaning staff entered our room twice (two separate days) even though the do not disturb sign was on the door...Both times were early in the morning...a little disappointing considering it was Vegas......(Up late at night)...uggh! The rest of the staff was excellent.....

“What a great property, incredible staff!”

From the time I was left off at the entrance by a taxi, greeted by a professional and courteous bell hop, to the warm and friendly, lady at the front desk. I was treated with respect, class and graciousness. My room was immaculate with very tasteful and new decor. What really made this a great short vacation and wonderful experience, was the staff of the MGM Grand. Total class and courtesy. I only wish I had more presence of mind to name each professional individually. All in all, I am a completely satisfied guest, who never felt like anything close to being a guest. I highly recommend eating at "Craft" and asking Larry the Bartender, for his suggestions on meal and cocktail choices. All the dealers, pit bosses and bartenders were top notch.

We really enjoyed our room in the West Wing. Very clean and nice. Hotel staff and pool staff were all very friendly and helpful!! Love the pools! Our favorite part.
