Loved the bar vibes and shopping! The housekeepers and servers, security, were marvelous!

problem/ distance from elevator to room

Pros: Colorfull, everything at your fingertips if you didn't want to leave hotel.
Cons: distance to rooms for elderly
Location: great location and easy access to taxis
great hotel, great restaurants, enjoyed immensley but persons over 65 should be given rooms closest to elevators. There is so much walking to get to everything, it should not be a problem getting to room.

MGM Grand LV

Pros: Good buffet , five stars hotel , every staff members are so helpful and friendly .
Cons: Carpets need to be shampoo in some areas .
Location: Close by M&M, Coke store and there's a tram to go up and down the strips
Very clean and nice hotel , good customer service . Room and beds are very comfortable , super clean , don't have anything bad to say about the MGM grand hotel

Pros: It was very modern style room.
Cons: On the rooms maybe provide coffee in the room so the guest can fix it themselves.
Location: Plenty of things to do nearby close to the airport.
The room was small no coffee available only an ice buckle available. At the end they add on the cost $25.00 per day for resort fee. Also, had problems with the toilet, but they fixed it on the same day. I was rate it as okay. I don't think I would stay there again.

Last minute trip. Our lock didn't work , they quickly moved us into a different room and provided us with complimentary brunch buffet.

Hotel muito bem localizado

O MGM Grand é um hotel magnífico! Não perde em nada para os demais. Apesar de não ser tão luxuoso quanto Ceaser, Monte Carlo, Palazzo, Bellaggio, o MGM tem toda a estrutura necessária para uma ótima estada. Infelizmente, os hotéis não contam com frigobar nos quartos, única falha das acomodações. Só evite se hospedar na West Wing, quarto andar. Ou você terá que andar uns 300 metros até chegar aos elevadores que levam ao hall principal... Recomendo!

Pros: very nice rooms
Beautiful hotel, my only complaint was the treatment of the front door man to the shuttle company that did the free shuttle to the Thomas & Mack for the guest that were attending the NFR. He was very rude to her and told her that she could not recruit guests to the free shuttle. MGM was paying for this shuttle, why wouldn't he allow her to provide the service that MGM paid for? That is my only complaint.

Best hotel on the strip

I've been to Vegas 4 times in the last 4 yrs. MGM is the best. Very comfortable with friendly staff!
