Great stay

Posted Jul 3, 2015
Stayed in the Spa Suite for 4 nights of our stay and it was everything we thought it would be. Would have been nice had they layed on a complimentary alcoholic drink when we arrived as check in took 45 minutes in a big queue but other than that I can't fault it.

A very comfortable room

Posted Jul 3, 2015
Pros: The room and location (close to airport and on 'the strip').
Cons: No smoking throughout, more sun umbrelars at pools
Location: This hotel is on the 'the strip' near a monorail station. We took a walk up the strip in extreme heat and taxi back (much better value than the mono)
We had an upgrade from two rooms to a suite with fantastic 180 degree views, so this was excellent value. The restaurants in the MGM Grand seem a bit pricey but are probably comparable to others in LV. The casino areas allowed smoking which is disappointing but no doubt normal for LV. The pools were excellent although there was a shortage of sun umbrelars and sunbeds

Check in was easy, but lines can be long. Room was clean and confortable. Room safe was hard to find, not in the closet like most hotels, theirs is in the bedside table drawer. Buffet was pretty good. Lazy river was a huge plus for the kids.

Stay Well room

Posted Jul 2, 2015
We stayed at the stay well grams queen room, the a.c. didn't work well which was hard to sleep when it's 110 out and your room is warm. We had to turn off the air purifier and aroma therapy because it made all of alergies 10x worse because they were covered in dust. The pillows are horrible. Didn't get a goodnight sleep at all. The vitamin c shower was awesome! The hotel and staff were nice. If I were ever to stay there again I'd get a cheaper room and save my money.

Big and expensive

Posted Jul 2, 2015
Had a nice room, clean but no plug for the tub and half the shower water poured out of the fawcet and couldn't be stopped. Best thing was the lovely room cleaner on the 9th floor between the 9124 room area. She was so nice. It did have a beautiful pool area too

Vegas Baby!

Posted Jul 2, 2015
Pros: Die Poolanlage
Location: Direkt am Strip!
Tolles Hotel.

Great hotel, but not worth what we paid!

Posted Jul 1, 2015
Bathroom tub did not drain and view was of a brick wall. Resort "fees" are ridiculous esp after paying $150 a night or more. Mgm is overall a good hotel just a bad experience this time.
