MGM stay

Pros: service
Cons: decor of room
Location: in midst of everything...perfect location
All the staff go above and beyond. We were'n thrilled to death with the room, but.....they were full because of the CMA awards and we knew going in that it wasn't the best room. With that being said.....the service was great and the room was clean, it just needed updated.

Terrible bathroom location. Small room

Pros: Not much.
Cons: Better staff. Better rooms.
Location: on strip but Caesars/Bellagio are in better central location
Terrible bathroom location with no privacy. Crammed room with no view and stupid layout of room. Would never stay here again.

We ask for a non smoking room but we inhale some kind of cigar coming from a different room while at sleep and another time while taking a nape it was awful. Beside that everything else was fine. Having a good sleep is important to me

Overall, really great experience. The staff was great, hotel was clean, room was nice. There is tons to do within the hotel and not really any need to leave. The only downfall is everything is really expensive inside the hotel. This is too be expected but overall still costly. Great experience though!

The wait to check-in at mid-day on a Thursday was an outrageous 45 minutes. FORTY-FIVE MINUTES! Since there is no coffee in the room and the hike through the cavernous casino and back to my room to get a cup of coffee would have taken forever I ordered coffee for one person from room service. $24 dollars. Nuff said.

Pros: Very plush
Location: Good location on the southern end of the Strip
Nice rooms, great facilities, got very busy however, with a bit of queuing required.

Nice restaurants & close to everything

Don't understand 'hotel fees' charges. Even receptionist couldn't tell us what they were for. Being charged for a fridge in hot weather with EXPENSIVE water in hotel, otherwise cleaning staff extremely friendly & rooms always clean
