Rip off

I would not stay at this hotel again having one of the higher rates on the strip and than they charge a resort fee ($32.00) on top of the room price.Last hotel at the end of the strip not a good location.Whene you go to use the resort water features they charge for the tubes($27.00) what is the resort fee for!!!. I have stayed at most of the hotels on the strip and this one is just a total rip-off. They gave us a two buffet with the room, glad they were free. You be better off going to one of the $7.99 buffet at the hotels off the strip. Our room where not ready at check-in so they gave us a $50.00 credit how nice,but they did not take it off our bill.We had to make then adjust at check-out.

Too little for too much

Too expensive - every activity is ala carte and insulting to the notion that a guest is someone "invited" to an establishment rather than someone from whom the establishment is trying its best to "milk" for every penny. Yucky tacky and this hotel should know better and strive to achieve a higher standard of customer satisfaction before jacking the customer, exclusively.

We stayed there for two noights. Great, comfortable rooms. Very nice restaurants. Right next two Balai Hai golf course. Very nice pool. All good.

the Delano tower is non smoking which is great. the room I stayed faced the freeway which was rather noisy.

Cons: towels and toilet paper could be softer
We really enjoyed our stay--would stay again. Loved that when we checked out, we checked in for our flight and checked our bags right there in the lobby. Didn't have to worry with bags until we landed at home. Also, we were able to ship things home from the lobby, which was convenient.

Beautiful Hotel, more for families vs young adults

Pros: A lot to offer, gorgeous interior/exterior, great pool area.
Cons: I wouldn't say there is anything the hotel itself could improve, maybe gear the nightlife or the hotel itself to more young adults too.
Location: Location was great! Quick cab ride to many things on the strip or a quick walking distance to many things on the strip!
This hotel is gorgeous!! The pools and beach like feel we're great! The amenities and what the hotel had to offer were fantastic!!! The Light nightclub was fun and the other clubs/bars were fun but not necessarily gauged towards a young adult crowd. Many of the bars/clubs seem to be geared towards middle aged adults and there were many families here vs young adults. It was definitely a different kind of experience in Vegas. Allows for easy access to the strip and great views of the strip!

Great getaway with the kids.

Pros: Room was very nice. Pool is great. Get there early to get a pool chair on a busy weekend.
The pool is perfect for kids. Food is all very expensive - which is a bummer. but overall a nice getaway.

Sehr lautes Hotel

Die Zimmerwände sind so dünn, dass man von nebenan jedes Wort versteht, auch wenn in normaler Lautstärke gesprochen wird. Bei kleinen Kindern oder Partygängern ist an Schlaf kaum zu denken. Zimmerwechsel hat keine Abhilfe geschaffen.

Staff treats guests like an inconvenience

Pros: The pool was amazing
Cons: Help the hotel staff remember why they are there. Without the guests, they have no purpose.
On several occasions during our stay, we either noticed other guests or ourselves treated as though we were an inconvenience to staff. This was primarily in the convention center area. The staff on the casino floor was friendly and helpful - particularly the bar staff and cocktail waitresses.
