Good experience

Posted Dec 16, 2014
Pros: I loved the room layout - very spacious and convenient with the refrigerator and divided room. I really appreciated the friendliness of the staff.
Cons: Linens needed updated, mattress and towels replaced, and the door replaced.
Location: Convenient distance to the strip and convention center.
I enjoyed our stay at the Mardi Gras. It is an older, inconspicuous hotel, but felt we had a good value stay in Las Vegas.

Close to convention center

Pros: Location
Cons: Almost everything
While this hotel is conveniently located it is a real disappointment. Sheets were threadbare, towels very skimpy.

Disaster

Posted Dec 10, 2014
This is bi far one of the worst hotel/motel to stay in at Vegas.especially if your visiting for a special day! Towels were worn out and filthy, staff was impolite and unprofessional, bugs flying around our drinks in downstairs bar.was served old salad lettuce..will never recommend this hotel to anyone with class.. 2 thumbs down .. Towels, bed linens could use some bleach

Posted Dec 9, 2014
It was scary to see the towels are "black" - it might be clean but not bleached...as if it was washed after being used to clean motor oil. The bed linens seemed to be coated with other dark colored fibrics during washing and drying. Noisy neighbor playing loud music inside and people talked loudly in the walkway outside. Service staff did come right away after call to help turn the heater back on. Definitely NOT a three-star hotel/room!

Won't stay again

Posted Dec 9, 2014
I got a really good deal so i decided to try this place out.. first impression upon pulling up to the hotel wasn't great. The building looked rundown and tired. The neighborhood is pretty sketchy, which is expected when you stay right outside the strip. The room itself just looked and felt very stale... the bed was springy and the sheets were flat and lifeless. The bathroom was ok. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything that's going on around you. Overall this place just sort of gave me the creeps and I ended up booking another hotel the second night. Needless to say, I won't be staying here again.

Just one night stay you get what you pay for. Nothing special.

The room was OK. A little out dated but for the price it was all worth it. The pool was not heated and there was no free breakfast. The pool was freezing!
