Had a great, friendly check-in...same for check out. Took a few wrong turns to find out which roads crossed the highway to get back to the hotel. But... Short, easy drive. First time staying off the strip and enjoyed the relaxing, quiet atmosphere. After many trips to Vegas... Look forward to staying there again!

This hotel is in a very nice area (Green Acres Ranch area of Henderson). Checkin was quick and the room was very clean and comfortable. Having the added amenities of dishes/silverware/etc as it is an extended stay hotel was nice. There was no noise issues. Pool looked nice and all staff was friendly. Breakfast area is a little small but it had all basic offerings. Not much protein besides hard-boiled eggs. Overall a very good choice.

I stayed at The Cosmopolitan December 11-14 and it was fabulous. From the front desk service (there was a slight mix up in the reservation which was not their fault at all and they upgraded my room to a terrace room) to the rooms, to the restaurants, this hotel is wonderful. I was there for sister's get-away and we had the best time. We honestly could have stayed in the hotel the entire time and never left. The terrace room (west tower, 48th floor) was amazing. We had a view of the Bellagio fountains (highly recommend West Tower) which was stunning at night. The beds were very comfortable, the room was clean and we loved the decor. Very modern and fresh. The only thing I would change would be to have a dresser (only two shelves in the closet to put folded clothes on) and to leave a little space in the mini-fridge for patrons to put their own items in. As it was it was very packed.
The shops, the restaurants, the service, the casino were all wonderful. I loved the artwork on the walls and the statues and steam-punk theming. Very nice. The smell of the hotel was divine too. Wish they bottled it!
On a sidenote, throughout the hotel are converted retro cigarette machines. They are a hidden gem. Inside these machines are original pieces of art that you can purchase for $5. What a steal. The machines are called Art-o-Mat and they were one of our favorite things!
You cannot go wrong staying at The Cosmopolitan!
