Vegas Escape

Posted Mar 26, 2015
My husband and myself recently traveled to Las Vegas with my adult daughter and her friend. We primarily wanted to relax, see some shows and enjoy warm weather after a miserable winter in the east. The Marriott Chateau was so perfect, it gave us all some elbow room ( we had two one bedroom suites) and we could leave the craziness of the strip. We loved that there isn't a casino that you have to walk through to get to your room. Our rooms were across the hall from each other on the 28th floor and both rooms had excellent views - each very different of course. We found the staff to be friendly, courteous and welcoming. The beds were especially comfortable (and my daughter is quite particular) We would definitely stay at the Marriott Chateau again.

Great to be off the strip

Posted Mar 25, 2015
Pros: Large rooms, free and fast valet parking, location.
Cons: Prepared food prices in the little market were ok - but $7.00 for a half gallon of milk? Don't kill us on the essentials.
Location: Miracle Mile shops across the street. The closest strip corner was a crossing street so you could cross the strip right away without having to walk,
Hotel was fantastic, the location was excellent. This was our first time staying off the Strip and at this hotel (2-BR suite), and we would do it again! Being able to have a full kitchen allowed us to go back to the room to enjoy some wine and cheese and relax on the couch in a large room - without being confined to a typical strip hotel room. Staff was great, free valet parking was wonderful. Rooms were clean and very large. Bravo!

Shuttle bus and Taxi stand

Posted Mar 24, 2015

Great location!

Posted Mar 15, 2015
Pros: Loved the roof top pool and views. Non smoking facility. In room amenities like fridge, toaster, coffee maker and microwave.
Cons: The sound does seem to travel around as the place is relatively quiet at night.
If you are looking for a place near the Strip, shopping and restaurants, this is it! Great hotel with plenty of amenities that are free to use. They don't tack on a daily resort fee that almost all other places now charge. The access to the roof top pool gives you fantastic views of the Strip. No need to pay to ride the High Roller. The Miracle Mile shopping is right across from the main entrance to the hotel. We used the valet car service and it is easy to use. No more than 5-10 mins to get your car back. They run this place almost like a cruise ship with daily activities posted during your stay. Fun if you are travelling with a family as the activities range for the whole family. Even though this was a Marriott Vacation Club place, the 90min presentation wasn't force on you and they didn't bug you constantly to attend. Friendly staff always welcoming you back after being out. I would definitely come back and stay here.

Just off the Strip, but close to everything

Posted Mar 12, 2015
Pros: The room was clean and very attractive visually (especially the view out my window!), the concierge staff were helpful and the mart downstairs.
Cons: The downstairs bar could maybe have a few more food options (I know it's not a proper restaurant, but still).
Location: You are just off the strip, and can walk to most of the actual casinos (or take a bus if you so desire). There's plenty of places to eat nearby too.
I was looking for a place in Las Vegas that wasn't going to be on the Strip (didn't like the idea of waking up to bright lights/loud noises all the time) - the Marriot is the perfect location. You are basically a 3 - 4 minute walk away from the Strip, with access to plenty of public transport for north/south of the Strip (going north towards Downtown Las Vega is highly recommended by the way).

Easy in, easy out

Posted Mar 9, 2015
Location: It's Las Vegas!
Valley parking only. It's a little annoying if you only need to get something out of the car you forgot, so take everything you need the first two times!!! Hotel very close to the strip, so walk don't drive or take a taxi.

Boa localização, quarto espaçoso e confortável.

Posted Mar 6, 2015
O hotel não possui cassino o que para nós é uma grande vantagem. Ainda mais por estar localizado à 100 mts da própria Las Vegas Blvd.
