Mirage on LV Strip

Pros: Wonderful concierge staff.
Cons: Simple things, like a coffee maker in the room and internet service would be appreciated.
Location: Every show we went to was great (Ka, Weird Al, Copperfield, Rouven, Blue Man), but the most fun for all ages was the ATV ride.
Wonderful concierge service, but the facility was lacking in many other areas. Our room (eigth floor) had no internet service for the entire week we were there. TV and phone didn't work when we arrived, but hotel staff did remedy. No coffee maker in room!? (Some people don't like to go down to the main floor and stand in line at Starbucks for a half-hour to get their morning fix).The view out the room was fine as long as one didn't look down at the roof below, which was cluttered with rubbish. Also, breakfast at the hotel was impossible with the long waits all morning at the Pantry.If you do want to stay here, I would recommend not doing so when there is a convention there, since the facilities are strained then.

Cons: yes, the staff, be friendly and engage the customer
The only staff that was nice was the maids, they greeted me every morning with a smile and a good morning. The rest of the staff that we encountered was unfriendly, un helpful and un professional. No one smiles in this business, everyone on the staff seam more interested in talking with each other more than engaging the customer. We will never recommend or go back. One example was: We called about tickets to the "Love Show" on the TV in the hotel room said you can get tickets starting at 79.00, when we asked about that price the staff said they did not know what ,are talking about, and where did we see that ?Are you kidding me your own TV program and the signs in the lobby. No, matter we got the tickets and show was great. Don't plan on eating at the hotel restaurants, for they are all "committed for the night" other wise booked however there was several empty tables.

Nice hotel at a great price!!

Pros: The happy hour deals at the restaurants and bars!!!!
Cons: Bigger bathtubs!!
Location: Great location, located almost perfectly in the middle of the strip. We were able to walk everywhere and easily get back to the hotel and rest
The hotel was everything that was advertised. Nice clean rooms, with a very helpful staff. Check out was at 11am and our flight wasn't until 11pm, and they let us store our bags free of charge so that we could enjoy our last day! Everyone was extremely nice and they had some great happy hour deals at some of the restaurants.

The bed were incredibly comfortable the pool is insane love the pool and make sure to stop and watch there volcano show they have it every 30 min starting at 7pm. The staff was very helpful and very welcoming I would definitely recommend this hotel to any of my friends or family make sure to book your stay soon!

Einwöchiger Aufenthalt in Las Vegas. Das Mirage liegt zentral am Strip und ist mitten im "Herzen" von Vegas. Vulkan Attraktion spektakulär.

Wonderful

Pros: Comfy room, location, great staff
Cons: I was very please with our stay.
Location: Everything from CVS, to Caesar's, shows, and lots to see.
We are not picky people and wanted a nice place to stay that was close to everything. The Mirage was perfect for us. The room was great, the staff was helpful, the choices of things to do were wide. The staff made it easy to grab a cab, give us suggestions on things to see, and even helped us get tickets. We would stay there again with no hesitation.

Great Hotel, centre of the Strip.

Pros: Everything!
Cons: tea & coffee making facilities in the room would have completed our stay.
Location: In the heart of Vegas, and everything else is a short walk away.You must visit Siegfried & Roy's secret garden and dolphin habitat within the Mirage.
We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, and despite a small hiccup on arrival we had a wonderful experience. The staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. Hotel has a number of restaurants and bars to suit all tastes and wallet!

Excellent location, really nice feel to the hotel, the rooms were spotless and the pool is gorgeous, loved staying here!!
