They fees at the end of the stay were a surprise. I felt it was unfair to add those on after the fact. If not for that I would have rated it a 5. Also the ventilation was the best of any hotel. That was a big bonus. :)

Stayed at The Mirage for three nights. Orders champagne and chocolate covered strawberries for my boyfriends birthday. They showed up exactly on time and tasted great! Was supposed to have strip view and paid extra for it but was given pool view. We lived with it. Most of the staff were nice. Lady at checkin wasn't very helpful though. Front door staff were excellent. Decor was lovely. Room was great. Casino good. Restaurants awesome especially The Pantry for breakfast. Had a great time! Would stay again.

Great place, great location

Pros: location
Location: Denny's is close.
It was our first time in Vegas. This hotel was very convenient, close to everything.

Rundown Mirage

Pros: The spa was very nice
Cons: The casino really needs a facelift - poker area could use some loving care.
Location: Good location - right on the strip - so had a good walk down the strip.
Unfortunately, the Mirage used to be a very nice hotel - but it is definitely showing its age - pretty rundown.

We had a great experience at the Mirage! Wonderful staff, the Beatles LOVE was amazing, a must see! Try the cheesecake at Carnegie Deli--best I've ever had! Location is great too-we walked pretty much everywhere. Had a great time!

Dolphin and secret garden was an unexpected bonus Enjoyed the gym and casual cafes available in the hotel

Pelos valores o hotel poderia ser melhor. O cassino é dark e o odor de cigarro é terrível . Serve bem como um ponto de apoio , mas não é um local para se permanecer. Sua principal atração estava em manutenção . Não voltaria a me hospedar lá

Nicest Business Travel Hotel Near Sands Conv. Ctr.

Pros: Great staff, proximity to Sands Convention Center, well appointed rooms.
Cons: Improve lighting in bathroom, provide a magnified make-up mirror, provide charger outlets on the night stands.
Location: This hotel is located right in the center of the action on the strip. Nearby activities are too numerous to mention.
I booked an upgraded view, King room and got exactly what I paid for! The front desk staff was eager to accommodate my view request. The room was nicely furnished and the desk had all the electronic ports one would need for a laptop, cell phone charger, etc. for two people. My room service order for breakfast placed the night before was correctly served and the room service operator went to extra lengths to give me specific information regarding my order. The bathroom was large and clean, but there was poor lighting and NO magnified make-up mirror (very disappointing). I would have also liked an outlet somewhere near the night stand so I could plug in my cell phone to charge overnight without it being across the room on the desk. Many hotels have some accommodation for those who wish to have their cell phones close at hand. I was disappointed to see that Carnegie Deli is now self-serve - had a burger across the hall. The food and service was great. I'm sure I'll be back.

Very friendly, good location, good place

They took good care of us. The bed was a little soft for my liking and Id expected more as far as the bathroom tub/shower but those were minor inconveniences. I enjoyed my stay.

Todo bien, solo que te hacen un cargo por 25 dólares por habitación diario y no te lo dicen hasta que termino tu hospedaje, en siguientes visitas a las Vegas probare otros hoteles
