Great view, good value for a Staycation

Posted Dec 27, 2014
The room was very clean. Each encounter with the staff was pleasant. We could see forever from our 31st floor window. However, even that far up, the construction and traffic noises woke us early. We would stay again, but ask for a different wing next time.

Central location

The deluxe room that is not facing strip is facing the new arena construction. Very loud, very early. Was not happy. They did move is to a 20th floor room facing strip the second night. I think there is better hotels on the strip for close to the same amount of many I would stay at if we go back.

Nice location

Convenient hotel to stay at as it is close to all the action. What I didn't like about this hotel was the smell on the main floor. Not only is there the stinking smoke smell, but also something in the air as well.

Hotel for the elderly

Posted Dec 25, 2014
This is a fairly old hotel which probably had several renovations. If you don't care about hotel facilities, super nice amenities, old decor, then it would be a decent stay for the price you pay. If you care about comfort and quality, i would suggest booking at a newer hotel. The crowd consists of elderly couples.

Pre Christmas stay

Posted Dec 25, 2014
We arrived at the Monte Carlo tired and desperate to get checked in. The staff were brilliantly efficient and we were in our room in no time. The rooms were clean and spacious and we had a lovely stay. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice hotel with good service

Posted Dec 25, 2014
Pros: Very comfortable
All the stuffs are very nice. The casino is very clean. The air quality is pretty good. It is on the Las Vegas blvd so it is a walking distance to all the famous casinos. They have a one day pass for buffet service. Only $15.00 dollars from hotel to airport with taxi. But some Las Vegas taxi drivers are very bad. I had a experience that driver took a long route from airport to the hotel and costed $23.00 dollars.

Nice Hotel right on the Strip

Posted Dec 25, 2014
Pros: Location and the view from top floors is great
Cons: why does the hotel charges resort fees when the resort part of it is closed. Bad business practice
Location: Everything is nearby including the Tram.
Hotel is nice and well kept. Went to dinner to the Mexican restaurant on the premises. Food was good but service was not up to the standards I saw in the rest of the hotel. I am a nonsmoker and when we were at the casino, the smoke never bother. Seems to have good ventilation better than other casinos.
