Pros: It was very nice and easy to get around.
Cons: Construction - but it was still east to get in and out of the resort.
Location: Everything. Pool was very nice and several casino's within waling distance or a ride from the tram!
Someone had used my room number at the pool, so we had to dispute some charges and it was all completed fast and with a freindly attitude.

Very nice. The room a bit outdated but the staff and service was excellent. I would stay there again. We were there for two weeks and enjoyed it very much. We were very pleased with all of the staff. They are what made the stay so enjoyable. I would upgrade the room but definitely stay there again.

Very nice hotel. Nice pool and lazy river. A little bit of construcion going on outside the hotel but it didn't bother us and I think the place will look great after constructionis completed.

Monte Carlo has gone down hill in last couple of years. Need to update bathrooms and replace the loud power flush toilets. Room condition was ok, but the rooms windows were a smeared up with skin and lip marks. The room across from us ordered room service and the empty cart sat outside in the hallway for at least 12 hours. Does anyone walk the halls of the hotel for security. It is doubtful we would suggest or stay at the Monte Carlo again.

The hotel is very appealing from the outside to the inside .... and you can't knock an Expedia deal .... but the deal turned into a doozy when we arrived in our room. .... * reminder if what you booked aren't available be prepared to be DOWNGRADED * so we had to get a smoking room .... it was horrible the room reeked of fresh smoke as well as the sheets had ashes on them * white sheets* .. you would've thought house keeping sparked a cigarette while making your bed . Next came the visible WHITE STAINS on the bedding decor and pillows .... I was completely disgusted ... HOUSE KEEPING DIDN'T ARRIVE UNTIL AN HOUR LATER ... and only threw the pillows on the floor and brushed the bed ... Never again .......

I was told is the deluxe room and it was the opposite. The room was dirty and the wallpaper was hanging off the walls.Most of the staff members were nasty and rude. The room was way overprice for what type of room was offer. I would definitely not recommend staying at this hotel and I am very disappointed.
