Hotel is in a good location and staff is great. They were out of King rooms when I arrived and had to take 2 queens. Room wasn't anything special.

Great hotel for travelers with kids

Pros: Lazy river and wave pool
Cons: Maybe a light over the bathtub/ shower
Location: Great location. Currently there's construction going on behind the hotel but does not affect the hotel itself.
It's great for travelers with toddlers that can be entertain at the lazy river and wave pool. This was the main reason in choosing this hotel. There's a tram that takes you to neighboring hotels if you don't want to go out to the street.... Overall a great experience .

Cons: Update rooms
Location: There is shopping very close to the hotel. Ross for Less and Marshall's to name two
We just visited this hotel for four nights and found the rooms to be dated and the housekeeping was poor. Did not vacuum the carpet the whole time we stayed. The bath tub shower handle was pulled out from the wall and was difficult to turn on and then continued to drip after use. Was not pleased with the general room condition.

We have stayed at Monte Carlo a few times, great central location, great rates. Really disappointed this time. The hotel has had a face lift on the LVB side, but the bathroom has rust and mildew, we were standing ankle-deep in water while showering, even after asking for a little Drano, pillows old & lumpy and our non-smoking room smelled of smoke.

This casino use to be one of my favorites on the strip and close to other casinos like Aria, Cosmopolitan, and New York New York. Monte Carlo is getting run down. We also had a huge moth problem, I must have killed 20 my first night. I complained and the front desk personnel didn't seem to care.

Pros: staff room was very clean hotel was beautiful.
Cons: just fine the way things are now to me

the hotel was awesome staff was great and to be advised one of your staff members was so polite helpful and had the best attitude ever his name was ramsey great staff member I would love to come stay there on my next visit to vegas thanks for all your kindness I was very pleased.

Pros: it gave me a roof over my head and a bed
Cons: Don't charge me 9 bucks for a bowl of oatmeal. I spent most of my food money elsewhere, $'s that would have gone to them. Will never return, ever.
Location: its located in the gen'l area of some well known hotels, but nothing else
unimpressive bland hallways it could have been any hotel in any city in the usa we were a party of two- the dresser was barely big enough for one person unbelievable

I thought it was grea because they have every kind of restaurants right within the hotel. We really didn't need to go anywhere else!
