Amazing hotel for the price! Expedia gold rocks!Posted Jun 30, 2015
Excellent hotel for what I paid for. The only down side is that one of the pillow had a weird smell, but there were more than enough pillows for us anyways.

Wonderful hotel!!!!!!!Posted Jun 27, 2015
Pros: Room was gorg!!!!!!
Cons: Wish the hallways were more lite.
Location: Have to take a shuttle to the strip and sometimes it isn't enough room for everyone waiting for the ride.
We stayed in the one bedroom suite. The room was just like the pictures. Very roomy with awesome views of the strip!!!!!!!!! Beautiful room I must say. We had a great time and def would stay here again. Staff was excellent...provided us with great service. Only downfall was the distance from the strip. If this hotel was on the strip it would have been absolutely perfect!!! This is def a place I would looooove to stay at again!!!!!

Ok off the strip hotel. Terrible check-in.Posted Jun 25, 2015
The hotel room was very nice, as I had a room with a view and the amenities were great. However, check-in was horrendous cause we had to wait 3 hours when arriving at 9 pm before they could even get rooms cleaned out for us. Ended up giving us $30 food credit for inconvenience but I was so dead tired from the long drive from CA to NV that it was the last thing I wanted to deal with that night. Poorly managed hotel from that standpoint.

Nice clean hotelPosted Jun 24, 2015
Pros: Nice large studio suite, clean rooms. comfy bed. Fridge, kettle, coffee machine and safe in room.
Cons: Free wifi. Drinks are rather expensive around the pool.
Location: Location is long way from strip, there is a garage across the road - not a lot else around.
Although it states 'free wifi' which is included in your resort fee...this is very limited and then you get charged per mb. Disappointed as this is one of the only things that lets the hotel down. It should be Free Wifi - unlimited. Like treasure Island and other hotels. This hotel is nice but quiet a long way from the strip (not walking distance), however, there is a free shuttle bus that takes you from Palms hotel (which is about a 7 minute walk from Palms Place) and this shuttle drops you off at Ceasars Palace. Be careful at the pool, although it is a very nice area, i ordered a vodka and lemonade and was charged $16 - which i think is very expensive - so be mindful of that. The buffet restaurant was good. Staff were very helpful, especially Sarah, on Palms desk, who enquired about an excursion for us. Would i stay here again? No, but only because of the location and not free Wifi.

After some minor difficulty checking in - the hotel's computer system crashed just in time for check in at 3pm - the experience was terrific. The room is gorgeous and spacious. Because the building was designed to be live-in condo spaces, there is a full kitchen and staff will provide utensils, cookware, etc. on demand. We were just on the 15th floor, but our view was stunning.

Modern, sophisticated hotel just off the strip.Posted Jun 15, 2015
Pros: Service, lobby area, design, room layout.
Location: Ghostbar at Palms, great ramen place called Jinya in a strip mall across the street.
Great room. Spacious, clean, modern, comfy bed. There were 3 of us. 2 on a king bed, 1 on the sofa bed. Bathroom came with a jacuzzi tub.

Great view with upgradePosted Jun 14, 2015
Pros: The view and it was pretty quiet.
Cons: Cleanliness of the room and maintenance of the shower and shower heads.
Location: It's about a $20 cab ride to/from the airport and there is a hotel shuttle that runs to/from Cesar shoppes every 30 minutes.. Shuttle stops at 8pm
The hotel is VERY dark with contemporary style. The front desk manager gave us an upgrade since it was our first time there, which was very nice. The room was super spacious and the view was outstanding. If it wasn't for the negatives I'm about to mention, I would recommend this hotel. The floors were not very clean or looked like they hadn't been mopped in awhile. If walking around in socks, the bottom of our socks got pretty dirty. The room had an awesome jetted tub next to the windows, but the darn jets turned on by themselves at one in the morning. Scared the Jeepers out of me. The shower was very nice, but the last two times we tried to take one, there was no cold water. Sounds crazy, but nothing but scalding hot water would come out. Our first shower was fine, so I don't know what was happening. My wife had to finish her shower in the tub, which fortunately had a spray nozzle. The hotel was quiet and off the strip, which is nice but there were to many maintenance issues to say it was an enjoyable stay. The pool was nice but is only open until 6pm.
