Rooms were very clean, bed was super comfortable. Lovely view of the pool and Eiffel Tower. Great food options and overall atmosphere. Virtual check in and check out made everything very easy, no waiting in line. We like to stay at different hotels when we come to Vegas to get different experiences but we would absolutely stay here again.

Room was a bit dated, but generally clean. Bed was good. Location is perfect, as is view overlooking the Eiffel tower and the Strip.

I was surprised how the public restrooms were 1/2 out of order when we arrived. Including the sinks. Overall, the casino/restaurants/shopping were stellar. We were also upgraded to a suite. Which was very nice, and truly the most comfortable bed. The shower was disappointing. No water pressure. Happy visit overall.

I only wish the Hotel would play French music to add to the wonderful atmosphere. Instead the music was loud and horrible, I wanted out of the casino. I did love all the restaurants and the food.

The walk to our room was about a mile. You could hear the song and fountains from Bellagio. The room was somewhat clean.

Had a double booking through Expedia and my company. After learning of this at checkin. Asked for refund or transfer room credit. Staff stated had to go through Expedia. Called Expedia stated had to go through hotel. It was just back and forth through the 2 companies. I could never speak to anyone in management in the hotel and staff did not seem to care to help me resolve this issue. I pride myself on doing what is right. So, had I not shown up. I would totally understand I would have lost that money. However, I was there to check in. It could have been easily credited to the room or simply hotel credit for dining, spa, etc. I was just not happy with the lack of customer appreciation and satisfaction. I also fault Expedia because they also failed in communication. I ask for copy of email sent to hotel and asked for someone to call me directly. Neither happened and all correspondence was through email. I tried to get resolved my entire stay from Wednesday to Sunday. I can't believe this is a Caesars property as all the time I have been to Vegas and stayed at one of their properties have always had exceptional customer service. Anytime an issue was able to get reconciliation from concierge or staff.

Unfortunately they alway try to get more money out of you , they are not a full capacity but charge you $50 USD for being 3 hours early , they also charge you $50 for a deposit but they dont refund you ... Nickel and dime after paying 150 plus for hotel fees when I booked it

Our room was horribly in need of an upgrade. The wall paper was peeling, carpet worn, both bedside lights were broken and hanging down. The ironing board didn’t have a cover and we were told none were available. Love The Paris Paris hotel our room was gorgeous very Parisienne large windows awesome views separate bedroom comfy firm mattress. My only issue with the penthouse suites is that they need a make over they are dated and have wear and tear but with a little Renovations and some upkeep I would def go back

The casino was nice the pool closed at 5 pm my room was nice but when you opened the curtains to look out the window construction going on the workers moving cranes and throwing material out of the section it was remodeling that was my only complaint

Some of the dealers at casino were rude and told us not to play the roulette bc odds are ridiculous…not good for casino or morale of table when gamers are trying to enjoy themselves… otherwise great stay

Check-in process very slow. We waited in line for 1hr40min to check-in. The kiosk for members to use were all down as well. Lamp beside bed had gray layer of dust. Staff at pool not trained for first aid responses. Our child had a nose bleed, but staff was not able to provide gauze, tissue or ice, but instead just a form to complete for them to call an attendant while the life guard of the pool was right beside us. The Eiffel Tower was closed for maintenance for a week, but it was not on your website and you can still book tickets?

Our room was filthy and sink was plugged everything Was worn out chipped and tub hadn't been cleaned there was finger prints on everything. The night was hard to sleep because all we could hear was a near by club music blasting.
