I loved the place, except there was a construction worker by my window at 9 am making huge noise. I opened the drapes and he was just right there. We didn’t have any notice I run to put some clothes on.

Well Las Vegas is a very unique city. Paris is a hotel convient to everything, which is why we chose it. The parking was very easy and felt safe. Lots to do at the hotel, gamble, shop and eat. We’d stay here again.

I didn’t realize that I was booking a room in the horseshoe technically (Versailles tower). I stood in the long line to check in at Paris just to be told that I was at the wrong location. It should probably be mentioned in the booking details of this. Aside from that, it was a pleasant stay.

The people working here are very average, almost all the requirements by costumers are not solved easy and the hotel facilities are very old also the food taste here not that good and very expensive

I liked staying at the Paris. After reading many reviews I was hesitant to stay here.. but we had a great time. Check in on a Wednesday night 11pm was long. Huge line. I tried the mobile check in kiosk didn’t work. Said my room wasn’t ready I got in the long line and luckily someone from the front desk saw that I tried to check in called me and gave me instructions on how to enter a confirmation code into the kiosk and I was able to get my room key immediately. Pool was awesome. Didn’t spend much money in the hotel as everything was crazy expensive. Room was clean and quiet. A bit outdated and old but wasn’t a problem. Parking was fine. Location is amazing worth staying here alone for the location.

Check in was extremely long wait times with very few attendants to assist. The power was out in our room for several hours throughout the night. We were told it was a city maintenance issue, but heard otherwise the next day from locals and other businesses.

Ridiculous check in lines (1-2 hour lines, kiosk not working), unfriendly hotel staff, poor casino ventilation. Rooms were ok however broken lamps and peeling up wallpaper in bathroom. Housekeeping wasn’t an option if I wanted it. We rented a cabana for a day - they were dirty /unswept. I received strange charges on my card (hundreds of dollars with no explanation) from the hotel front desk that now I’m waiting on the billing department to get to back to me on… such a hassle after a subpar stay.

Property is a little run down. Check in is ridiculously long even late at night. Power went out for several hours one night. 1 elevator to get up to high floors so a hige wait then got to a room with no air or lights. Charged for mini bar when notheing was used. Not too happy. Would not recomend.

This property was misrepresented on the app. We paid Paris prices, but the hotel recently purchased its next door neighbor and claimed where we stayed was the “renovated” Versailles Tower. No. It was the old hotel. Putting lipstick on a pig does not equate an elevated experience. We are extremely disappointed and would like to speak with someone at Expedia or the hotel about the extremely disappointing experience. Would never stay here again.

We overall enjoyed our stay however we would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Tea and coffee at the hotel was so overpriced $7 for a tea and $13 for a coffee? Also the pool closes at 5pm? They just want you to gamble but we paid a resort fee daily then they close the facilities in the evening so you can’t use them? We didn’t have cleaning of our room or restocking the whole time we were there not once.

Everything is very good, my second time staying; except for check-in and check-out. The people working the desk are absolutely doing the best they can - not their fault. However, management is happy to let customers be in line for thirty to forty minutes as a matter of course rather than scheduling more people to handle all the empty stations at the registration desk. Much as I really like Paris Hotel, it makes me think that perhaps I should try another place on my next Vegas visit.

The restraunt was good at the Iffel tower. THE SERCURITY WAS TERRIBLE AND WITH ATTITUDE! THEY BROKE INTO MY TRUCK AND STOLE MY TOOLS ,ETC. I'M PAYING FOR PARKING AND IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE SECURE !

Llegamos cerca de las 10:30pm para hacer check-in y habia una gran fila donde duramos 1:30 para registrarnos solo habían 3 personas atendiendo, la habitación y los pasillos tienen la alfombra desgastada y sucia, las camas bastante incomodas, la verdad se paga mucho para dormir mal, no regresaré jamás a ese hotel

I was really nervous to check in because I heard the process could be a nightmare. But we didn’t have any problems with the mobile kiosk. There wasn’t a lot happening that weekend so our floor was pretty quiet which was nice. I would stay here again.

Great place but the rooms left a little to be desired. Tub wasnt cleaned out and the hot water was inconsistent. Sometimes it took too long to warm up and often the hot water didnt last long enough. Everything else was top notch

in-person or kiosk check in process are extremely time consuming due to the large amount of guests checking in at the same time. This is a well-known issue for quite some time now, but I do not really see any improvement on that matter from Paris leadership. I would recommend to add 5-10 additional check-in kiosk.

The Versailles Tower is advertised as the Paris but it's not. It's the Horseshoe. It is connected but a good walk to the Paris amenities. Rooms are mediocre at best. No safe, no fridge, no coffee maker, no place to put soap etc in the shower except the floor. 40.00 for a pina colada at the pool.
