Pros: The view it had an excellent view of the Strip, Bellago's water show and the Eiffel Tower
Cons: The different classes of rooms should be better defined on the website to prevent the suprise and up sell.
Location: Excellent location everything is close by and the Tram can be caught next door at Bally's which is connected by a walk through with shopping and restu
My room was not ready when I arrived so I got the up sell from the desk clerk. I had booked a luxury king room non smoking and was told only queens were available. when we reached the room it had a view of the parking lot. my wife's disapointment was obvious so I returned to the desk clerk and paid another $400 to get the room I had booked and already paid for. The hotel maids were great the room was cleaned every day and nothing was missing from the room for the entire stay.

Great location in the middle of The Strip. Room large and clean although probably almost due for a refurb. Would definitely stay here again.

ExpensivePosted Sep 14, 2014
Shop area gorgeous, Jersey Boys show fantastic. Hotel Rooms need some help. Cracked sink, next to housekeeping, stained carpet and beat up trim. Bed mattress was very comfortable. No coffee pots in the room and the toiletries provided were very low quality. Overall it was overly priced as far as the hotel room goes. The pool was large and nice. I felt the.hotel stay was over priced.

Well located on main stripPosted Sep 14, 2014
Check in - the man was rude and unfriendly. People often go to Vegas as a once in a life time trip, something they have saved up big for..You expect/want to feel "special" from the moment you check in. It doesn't take much to be friendly! Room itself was clean but old. Ridiculous that you have to pay for WiFi. Breakfast was a voucher , had to queue for over 25mins both mornings for food that was just ok despite the high prices. When checking out wasn't even asked how the stay was. Staff just don't Care!! Stayed in a different hotel on the third night just off the strip and for a fraction of the price..was a much better experience.

Great Location close to all the other great hotelsPosted Sep 13, 2014
Pros: Location, Service
Cons: There are no sitting area near the Registration area, which is usual thing. Helps when waiting for shuttle or limousine.
Location: If gambling is your game there are umptin places in and nearby hotel/casinos. Very close to Mirage and Bellagio hotels.
Being a Casino type Hotel, it is a little confusing at first, like negotiating one's way through myriads of slot machines and other sorts of gambling tables. The services including the room services were excellent.Being connected to Bally's was also an advantage, and once can access the Monorail through Bally's. The staff were courteous and helpful. The only thing I noticed, was that the floor carpeting in the Casino area was a bit worn out.

Las "ash-tray" Vegas.Posted Sep 11, 2014
Pros: Central location.
Cons: Ban smoking inside.
Location: Shopping, sight seeing and gambling.
If it were not for all the smokers allowed to smoke indoors , I would both rate the hotel higher and even consider going back to vegas.... Can't see that ever happening so it's unlikely I will ever return to the place. The strip and the majority of the hotels on it are an over sized ash tray. What a shame.
