Very bad hotel to stay. specially the staff.Posted Aug 19, 2014
Cons: management was the main part.
Location: that was OK.
I checked inn at 12Pm at night and I got my room at 0400 Am and that was smoking room, because they did not have no smoking room.

The Paris hotel decliningPosted Aug 18, 2014
Pros: Location is great, a swimming pool great is
Cons: Cleaning service was poor.
We have been somewhat disappointed with getting some cigarette smoke in our non-smoking room (#1260), poor condition of shower and a bathtub, and dirty spots on a carpet.

First time in VegasPosted Aug 18, 2014
Pros: Everything was easily accessible including the link to Bally's. The rooftop pool is outstanding
Location: Right in the heart of the action. Easy walk to the Miracle Mile and great views of the Bellagio fountains
We chose Paris on a friend's recommendation and it lived up to our expectations. We upgraded to a suite on checkin and it was money well spent

Great hotel and casino!!!Posted Aug 16, 2014
Pros: Very clean and seems new.
Cons: Room coffee maker was a challenge but probably just me.
Location: Holy cow...it's Vegas!! We did the High Roller Ferris Wheel and saw the city at night from way up.
Wow, what a super fun place. I was in the Lemans suite on the 29th floor. Spacious and comfortable in every way. Paris has great restaurants: Gordon Ramsey where we were treated like kings, Mon Ami Gabi where we experienced Las Vegas Blvd from the patio. Nearby we had a super meal at Giada's at the Cromwell and the super fun Guy Fieri's Vegas Kitchen and Bar--so much fun!!

Beautiful, but not amazing.Posted Aug 16, 2014
Pros: The free valet parking, the Eiffel Tower observation deck, the painted ceilings in the shopping area, near many attractions, Sugar Factory
Cons: Staff friendliness, picking up food from hallways
Location: Water fountain show at the Bellagio, Eiffel Tower observation, High Roller, walking distance to Venetian's gondola rides.
Overall, this hotel was just ok. Good location on the strip, in the center of many things. Free valet parking was wonderful. We loved the Eiffel Tower observation deck. The casino bathrooms were stunning. The painted sky scenery above the shops and casinos gave you the feel of being outside on a beautiful summer day. There was nothing special about the "luxury" queen 2 bedroom that you wouldn't have found in a La Quinta or Holiday Inn. There was a strange odor to the room. Food in the hallways from room service and delivered pizza were not picked up very frequently. The pool is always cold, which may or may not be a bad thing depending on the weather, but only 3 1/2 feet deep everywhere. Hard to do real swimming. There seemed to be a miscommunication between Expedia and the hotel, which resulted in an almost hour check in, extra charges to our credit card and loss of 2-for-1 show tickets. Restaurants had excellent food but pricey. Mon Ami Gabi waiters/waitresses seemed very snooty and condescending (however, the wait assistants were very attentive and kind).

Staff was not helpful at all!Posted Aug 16, 2014
Pros: The rooms were comfortable and clean, although there was a pile of dust stuck in the air vents in the bathroom.
Cons: The hotel Staff at check in!
Location: location is fine near many of the better hotels
My husband and I have not been to LV in 15 years and needless to say much has changed. We were never told about the rewards card which could have saved us a ton of money. At check in the woman was not friendly at all she was in such a hurry to get rid of us I could not even get to ask a question. I wanted to show her my itinerary to ask about the amenities but she would not look at it. I had to go back at 4:00 o'clock to pick up the key for the room and that women practically threw the keys at me. I try asking her a few questions but she too was not so friendly and in a hurry also. I was never told what floors the pool and gym were on and that I was paying for the amenities weather I used them or not. I was so up set the next morning I went down and spoke to another staff member and I she was not very helpful either although I did find out I was paying for the amenities and had not even used they yet! . I actually had all my questions answered at the Cosmopolitan Hotel. There was a very nice manager going around asking the people if they needed anything. She told us how all the hotels work with the cards. She is the one who told us that if you show your Balliys card in stores or restaurants in Paris hotel you get a discount. You would think that your own hotel would give you that information?
