Fantastic experience as very first time! Nice staffs and wash access Uber pick up /Drop off Uber driver told me PH is one of her favourite place to come cause easy access to pick up or drop off costumers! Definitely will come back !!!

We were quite disappointed when we arrived because we booked a king from with a city view. Upon arrival we were told the king was no longer available and they put us in a room with 2 queens. Although the room was nice we did pay for the king but was not comped for the difference and the hotel refused to provide a resolution saying the rooms were interchangeable. This was not mentioned upon booking. Other than that there is a ton to do in the hotel alone.

Location on the strip is good. Elevators are very noisy. Sounds like the hotel is under the flight path of an airport. Get a room far away from the elevators. Room was only cleaned on one day.

We had a great view and the hotel has access to great amenities. Being connected to the Mircle Mile and close to other iconic properties made this an ideal location on the strip. The hotel and casino areas were very well-maintained and clean. Check-in staff were fast and express check-out kiosks made for a quick departure.

This was my first time in Vegas celebrating my birthday. I was given what they called a better room with partial view of the sphere, however, I would have preferred a better room where the furniture was not chipped and the bathroom was a bit cleaner. Probably won’t stay again. First impression is a lasting impression!! Make someone want to come back.

Did not have extra pillows. One was on the bed. Urine around toilet. Vending machines did not work. Paid to have our bags taken to the room while we walked around. Returned to the hotel and bags were not in our room. Went back down. They lost our bags. Waited another 45 minutes fir them to find them and brought them up ourselves. Horrible

The hotel and room were excellent, and my limited interaction with the staff was great. The only reason I am rating them with a 3 is because both nights of my stay there was constant jackhammering going on which sounded like it was coming from above my room, and when I called the front desk at 1am they put me through to security and I was told the mall next door had been doing construction the past few weeks. I understand that this is out of their control, but nothing was.me ruined during booking or during check-in and no offer to move to a quieter room was offered, so basically I couldn't sleep for the 2 nights that I stayed there.

When checking in virtually was informed that there was a resort fee of over $52 a day which covers Internet for two devices use of the fitness room and some other charge but it does not include a recliner by the pool you have to pay $25 to rent one and there is no other seating available. The music from the pool area is so loud we could hear it clearly on the 38th floor Paid over $35 for two extra hours for a late checkout only to be awakened by housekeeping, knocking on the door and coming into the room.

There’s no concierge and room service like a breakfast at the room . The good one , the fridge it’s empty, you can buy stuff on the supermarket and and keep your own beverages and food cheaper inside the fridge.

They had no close to room parking the fact that we had to pay 20$ extra for parking garage an it was a very fare walk thru mall thru casino to room an we could not keep same room next day cuz staff gave us a sweet so we could not just simply stay over we had to go find a different room off property an I could not sleep due to the constitution
