Nice hotel for the price. Used self park which was awful since you have to walk through the shopping mall with all of your luggage to get to the registration desk. Was told after we asked that they offer complimentary valet which we highly recommend. Room was spacious and comfortable. We try different hotels each time we are in Vegas and would recommend this hotel.

This was my first time in Las Vegas and my trip was just awesome from beginning to end. My hotel experience was great and I was impressed by everything, the customer service, the atmosphere, the amenities, everything!

My experience was great, but was a little disappointed with the check-in process. There was only 1 person that was checking people into the resort!!! It took about 30 minutes, on a week day, I can't imagime checking in on the weekend.

Love it but not satisfied with their swimming pools.

You have to pay a service fee, which is standard in Vegas, but it only allows you to use wifi on one device at a time. When you can even get service that is. $20.00/night and its mandatory and the wifi is a hit or miss. Better wifi service in a little hotel than in this hotel. Gordon Ramsay burgr has good food but slow service, 10 minute wait for a beer and had to send my burger back to be cooked more. Calling help desk or front desk is nearly impossible to get in contact with, after 30 minutes got in contact with the front desk to only be transferred to IT to work out wifi issues!

Excellent housekeeping staff. All staff interactions were pleasant. I did request a fountain view when I booked but did not receive , in fact view from room was the mall. I also feel the resort fees are higher than most on the strip and did not see what I received for the extra cost.

Great hotel in a perfect location on the strip. It is more of an young adult to older adult hotel. Not good for family with little children. At night they have girls dancing on tables around the gaming tables

Not what we expected after all the great reviews we read. Hotel room was a nonsmoking room but smelt like smoke.

It was very confusing the time of check in. It's like been at an airport. Check in is at 3 so I suggest for you to check in sometime after 5pm otherwise you will encounter a long line.
