Good locationPosted Jul 23, 2015
Location is good with walk distance to Fremont experience. The room is big and clean. Parking seems difficult there. Checkin line is very slow.

Hotel is okay for the price. Beds are a little hard .room was clean staff was friendly. But when I called and asked for more pillows I was told by the hotel operator that they were all out, I called the front desk and got through this time and asked for more pillows and they said they would bring them right away.

Good Location! Ear Plugs Please.Posted Jul 21, 2015
Pros: Great location to enjoy the full Fremont Experience!
Cons: Reception should never, ever only have one person on duty! Even during breaks....
Location: Fremont Experience, good choice for gambling free entertainment of all kinds, generally for adults and not for the easily shocked...Cheap drinks.
Monday evening check in: One receptionist on duty, long line 25+ Minutes. Tuesday Morning NO WATER in the entire hotel. Front desk assured everyone they were working on the problem. Water restored, Hot water took much longer to restore. Nice room but noise from Fremont Experience continued until after 01:00.....Ear plugs available at reception.....Overall, nice room, Clean and large....Noise was a bit of a problem. Fremont Street is not the place to take your mom or your kids...Beware. Hotel Amenity fees $19.00 Per Night + Room Rate ~$25.00 per night. As Advertised, no added extras.

Cons: better staff helpfulness, directional signs, and make the rooms brighter and odor free
very, very cramped bathroom, can't do much about the due to the size, and it was very dark, the light in the room was way too dim and not very functional the tub was dirty, the soap at the sink was already opened and used when we arrived, and the smell was horrible, it smelled like an old well that the water had gone bad in and wreaked of stale cigarette smoke, the only thing nice was that the rooms were remodeled, other than that I wouldn't stay again. Also with the staff they seemed so distracted and wanted to just push you through and never explained to us where the room was, we had never been there before and walked by the elevators and through the casino with all of our luggage, not fun when you have no idea where to go and there were no signs that we could see to help or staff to even help in that matter, needless to say, won't be back.
