Pros: ROOMS WHERE VERY UP TO DATE WITH STYLE AND CLEAN.
Cons: WOULD IMPROVE OUTER APPEARANCE OF HOTEL.
Location: FREMONT EXPERIENCE IS ALAWAYS FUN!
MY OVERALL STAY AT THE PLAZA HOTEL WAS VERY ENJOYABLE!

Good hotel for the price

It is a an older hotel and although clean the wall ways had a strong chemical smell to it. I still think you what you pay for. We were here fora one night stay and needed to be downtown. There was a lot of street construction in the area which made driving difficult.

Small casino but the slot machines were hot. 1.2 million dollar winner took place right before we arrived.

Looks good since renovating

The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly. The only bad thing was that the Bell Desk was either understaffed, or the people working there were not very helpful. Otherwise the staff were good.I'd still recommend the Plaza.

Very outdated hotel.

Rooms were not very clean definitely not what you see on the website. Not Worth the Money we paid for 1 night. Never will stay at this hotel again nor book through Expedia... Truly disappointment!

Not my favorite

Posted Nov 17, 2014
Pros: The room and the view
Cons: The smell was awful
Location: Fremont Street Experience, ziplining, shopping and lots of restaurants.
The hotel was okay, you could tell it was older. The casino and hallways had a funky smell. The room was nice but the bathroom was less then desirable. It had horrible lighting and the bathtub was tiny and the water pressure weak. Overall it was okay but I barely stayed there, just slept there.

Watch which room if you go to sleep early

I enjoyed it except my room was right by Freemont St which has loud music until 2am. If you go to bed before that, make sure your room isn't close to Freemont St. Everything else was great. I would recommend they use softer toilet paper. The door to my bathroom could use to be fixed near the bottom, or just replace it, so not completely perfect but I like to support the smaller guys.
