Downtown HotelPosted Sep 6, 2014
Pros: Good restaurant - Hash House a Go Go.
Cons: Allow guests to check in closer to the front desk rather having to wheel their luggage from the valet across the casino to the front desk.
Location: Premium outlet, shops in Summerlin, Red Rock.
Hotel staff unmotivated. Older room made to look and feel new. Some clientele staying at hotel made me feel unsafe.

Pros: clean and nice staff
Location: lots of entertainment near by
Very nice but was not worth the high price. The extra booking fee should not be necessary

Ok stay.Posted Sep 4, 2014
Pros: The pool area is the best feature, it has excellent future potential. The Hash House restaurant was excellent.
Cons: Staff could be a little friendlier, better trained. A/C in rooms old, ours needed replacing, it rattled. Better beds, newer pillowtop style.
Location: At the west end of fremont street experience. Within walking distance of half dozen casinos.
The rooms are large, clean and housekeeping did a great job cleaning. We stayed in the south tower. The beds were hard as a rock. I'm very used to my pillowtop at home, so I never got a good night sleep. There weren't a lot of people here, so that was nice. The pool was great, even during the day not alot of people. Hash house staff and food were excellent. The A/C in our room was old motel window unit, it rattled loudly. So we ran it hard all day and turned it off when we went to bed, however then it was very quiet so you could here every little noise around your room.

Best place to stay on Fremont StreetPosted Sep 3, 2014
Pros: I really like the location and the view.
Cons: I would love to see refrigerators in all the rooms here, or at least charge a lot less. At $20/night, it's too much, especially after the resort fee.
Location: Fremont Street just about has it all. Everything's in walking distance and will save you money from the Vegas Strip pricing.
Whenever I plan to be on Fremont Street, I always stay at the Plaza. The rooms were redone a few years ago and I always prefer to be in a room with more modern furnishings. The view rooms have a nice view looking down Fremont Street and if you are in a low enough floor, can see right down the street (tunnel) under the video ceiling. The fast food offerings are also agreeable. I had a problem on this visit. I booked a room with 2 beds and a rollaway. There were originally 4 people in my party. One cancelled, so I cancelled the rollaway. Upon checking in, the front desk agent didn't confirm what bedding we had in the room and when we got there, we were somewhat pleasantly surprised we had a junior suite, but only had 1 bed. When I went back to the front desk, they said they were unable to switch me to another room, but quickly offered a rollaway at no cost.

Nice HotelPosted Sep 3, 2014
Pros: Location to Fremont experience. Friendly hotel staff.
Cons: Allow the window to open in the room for fresh air. Larger bathroom.
Location: Perfect location for the Fremont Experience. Loved it.
The hotel was nice. The bathroom was small but clean. Window wouldn't open which would have been nice. The hotel staff were very friendly and always easy to ask for directions. Loved being right at the end of the Fremont experience. Would stay here again! :-)

Good value in great location downtownPosted Sep 1, 2014
We stayed for a week in august. Hotel is recently renovated and rooms are specious and comfy. Staff is very helpfull and nice.Casino was quite empty most of the times and lacking atmospehere, but Fremont street across the street is the best place for fun anyways. It is a great value for money. I would recommend this hotel.
