The hotel room was very clean very nice the Amenities were very good too. I would just recommend maybe working on the elevators it seems like you have to wait a little bit long not too much and maybe have a free Continental breakfast. Other than that everything was great!

Nice Stay and Great StaffPosted Jul 13, 2014
My daughter enjoyed our stay at the Polo Towers. Sylvia the front desk registrant was very nice and accommodating. She offer games for my daughter to play with, the afternoon pool staff were a lot of fun especially doing the hussle. The toon was very clean, loved the toiletries and convenient hotel location.

My experience was ok. The hotel was clean but the street to get in the hotel, can be a little scary at night, especially if you are by your self.

Nice hotel with it's share of problemsPosted Jul 10, 2014
Pros: Close to the strip, facilities were clean and well maintained.
Cons: Work out a parking deal with the lot next door. Lots of available space which this hotel doesn't have, and make the access easier. Maintenance.
Location: Walking distance to Aria, Planet Hollywood, Miracle Mile shops and several restaurants.
Close to Las Vegas boulevard and just far enough off the strip to keep the pedestrians from walking past the front of the hotel. Valet staff is courteous but is full on the weekends. Self parking in the basement only has about 80 spots for guests, about 20 for handicapped, all of which are full. $5 parking is available next door but requires driving on LV blvd. The hotel suite was about half the size of a regular room, and I was sleeping on a mattress on top of a fold out couch. Not really sure about this type of setup, it had double doors to the next room, which I could hear their conversations and the TV. The shower drain was clogged with hair when I arrived, and was sorted out after I informed maintenance. Hot water was difficult to acquire on some mornings with the shower, and finally went quit working after my 7th day. Informed maintenance and they said everything was working on their end. More than a few times I noticed people walking through the hotel who weren't hotel guests. This is about a polite as I can put it. My WIFI service worked perfectly. My AT&T cell phone service was intermittent and I missed several calls. I was in the corner of the 16th floor and had a hard time connecting, had frequent dropped calls, and always a bad connection, even when I went on the balcony.

Excellent staff, clean room, prime location!Posted Jul 8, 2014
Me and my friend stayed here 4th of July weekend, upon arrival the hotel lobby is clean, modern and very nice! We checked in to our 3rd floor studio room with view of MGM ARIA etc. The room was small but very clean, Murphy bed comfy, with fresh clean sheets, we had room service daily with fresh towels and toiletries the hotel staff were phenomenal at all times, a few things were not working in our room at first such as the iPod speaker Dock (which is an awsome amenity) and they were very quick to send someone to replace it. The location is great, with walgreens being around the corner for minor groceries and liquor, there's a good sized fridge in room and they even provided us with a blender upon request for making smoothies in our room! The rooftop pool is quiet, clean and with a viewing point of the entire Vegas strip. Overall for the price it's an excellent value, we enjoyed our stay very much! Would definitely stay again! Thanks for a wonderful, seamless stay, especially Lisa at the front desk ;)

Kids running wild with no sober parents...........Posted Jul 8, 2014
Cons: Get new staff and take control of the pool/hot tub area.
Location: The strip is very close, everything is there.
We paid extra for our room to be cleaned every day. I cut myself shaving the first night and bleed on the sheets. We asked everyday for someone to change them and every night they were the same sheets on the bed. Then we tryed to go to the hot tub two nights and both nights we couldn't get in because they were full of kids and the parents were so drunk they didnt watch there kids. Was very upsetting to see......................... The place was in a good location but the staff was not very good and housekeeping was BAD!!!!
