“Stay again”

It was clean and amenities were as expected. Nice indoor pool and hot tub. Quiet surroundings. Good location, near airport. Neighborhood may not be safe after dark compared to the Strip hotels.

“weekend trip”

Hotel was quiet and comfortable. The only problem was I requested a Nonsmoking room and the room smell like cigarettes. Room needed to be aired out due to previous guest.

“OK for one night, but not for a week”

Stayed for business since our office is just down the way and I wanted to avoid the resort fees. Closest restaurant was the Orleans which was about a 3/4 mile walk down a busy street. No hotel shuttle. Lobby was a little run down, duct tape on the couch. Breakfast was sparse but typical for Quality inn. Comforter on the bed was worn and had a few holes. Closet door had been repaired badly. Bathroom door had holes they attempted to cover with some screw on brass plates.

“very disappointing stay”

Hotel needs to be updated. staff was friendly but room needs to be renovated big time carpet old and smells old tv also needs to up graded o a flat screen, the one in my room was the old tube type tv with out dated remote control no shuttle service offered by quality inn to an frm airport shower had very little water pressure and air conditioner was not efficient in cooling during my stay. Continental breakfast was good that quality inn offered. Vending machines were either out of order or very little item in the machine. All in all very disappointing stay to say the least. Quality in can do much much better than this I have stayed at other quality inn place never had a situation like this from them always enjoyed my stay on previous stays with them. Rh.$

“Terrible Hotel”

This hotel was terrible. The smell hits you as soon as you walk in, and never goes away. The lady at the front desk was completely rude and could barely make enough time in her day to check me in. I had two bags, so she tried to charge me $20 extra because my reservation was for only 1 adult. I disputed this because I was by myself! She chose to talk to her Manager... So I waited patiently while they discussed things in another language. Finally, without saying a word or acknowledging my objection, she handed me a room deposit agreement for signature and a key. I said, "Thank you" and went to my room in hopes that my card was not getting billed an extra $20. On the room: It was dirty, the bed was hard, and the water pressure was completely non-existent.
