Never a disappointment

Always enjoyed my stays here. You don't have to go to the strip to have fun. They have everything here at red rock.

Very nice resort, excellent service!

Posted Feb 23, 2015
Pros: Nice location in Summerlin, close to shops, dining and Red Rock canyon.
Cons: The only negative we encountered were incorrect charges to our mini bar. We disputed and the hotel removed.
Location: Close to shops and dining, movie theater, hiking.
Great experience at Red Rock. Excellent service. Great dining options. Nice spa. We traveled with our daughter (4 years old) and she loved the pool area.

Great property and staff, noise level terrible

Posted Feb 23, 2015
Pros: Room decor was great, staff was great also.
Cons: Not sure you can do anything about noise suppression between rooms.
Location: Down Town Sumerlin Mall next door,Red Rock recreation area close by,plus it's Vegas, plenty to see or do.
Everything was perfect up until the last night where my neighbors were so loud and drunk that I didn't get to sleep til about 4am(had to be up at 7am).I believe its that the walls are so thin, or some kind of structure flaw.Would definitely stay again, but would try to get a room in a more quiet area,if that is even possible.I also noticed walking down our hallway, that you could hear a lot of noise from other rooms,so it's a little late to fix this problem.I guess I just need to pay a little extra to stay(in the hotel) where the more civilized adults stay

Canyon view is awesome!

Posted Feb 23, 2015
Pros: View of the canyon. Spa and outside pool area. Buffet was reasonable priced. Entrance was beautiful. Service was very good.
Cons: 11:pm shuttle service, hotter buffet food, drinks while gambling offered, gambling area ventilated better at night, later pool and spa hrs., tv's work
Location: Shuttle to airport should be ll:00 pm for late flights, shuttle to strip ll:00 pm for shows
We loved the atmosphere as you entered, red doors and crystal chandeliers. Service woman at the front desk very helpful. Room was very modern, and clean. Gambling area was good during the day, night time was a little smoky from cigs. Never was asked for a free drink while gambling either...

Red Rock Hotel

Posted Feb 18, 2015
Pros: Bowling alley, movie theater, casino, staff and food was all great.
Cons: Toilet paper is rough! Need a coffee maker in the room. I know none of the Vegas hotels offer coffee in the room but for what reason I will never know
Location: Perfect location, 2 miles from Red Rock Canyon. Easy drive to the strip!
Great hotel off the strip! Staff was extremely friendly and professional. WE loved our stay!

Valentine's Getaway

Posted Feb 17, 2015
Pros: The food in the restaurants was pretty good, we did the buffet for breakfast and had dessert and wine at Tbones which was wonderful too!
Location: It's about a 20 minute ride to the strip.
We had never stayed there before but we went on the recommendation of some friends. This hotel was beautiful inside and out. The view from our room was pretty, we had the mountain views. Our room was beautiful and extremely comfortable! We would definitely stay there again!
