“"Great Las Vegas Hotel for Non-Casino Lovers!"”

Very friendly front desk staff. They offered bottled water to us each day of our stay, very much appreciated.

“great hotel for non smoking non gambling families”

The staff were very accomodating and even gave us chocolate covered strawberries for our upcoming nuptials.

“Good”

It is clean, modern and close to the strip. Unfortunately you can't walk to the strip but the monorail station is right in front of it.

“Clean and quiet, nothing to complain”

Very clean and quiet! The service was great. We enjoyed the breakfast sandwich and illy espresso at EGO cafe - very convenient for grab-and-go. Spacious self-parking lots close by the hotel building compared to other 4-5 star hotels on the strip. Friendly staffs and prompt room services. Not for family visitors who want big swimming pools. Not for the people who want to gamble at the hotel they stay. If you have a car, definitely recommended.

“Clean and quiet”

Took our kids and it was nice to keep them away from the normal Vegas. Pool was small but we enjoyed it.

“FIve star weekend”

Lovely off-strip, non-smoking, non-casino hotel. Easy to get to, secure parking structure, on-site restaurant and bar plus little snack bar area. Service was great; room was great. Another reviewer mentioned the bathroom door that doesn't lock (just a slider so it doesn't really even close) and no bathroom fan, which are a little odd, but everything else was very nice. My only gripe was that they wanted $13/day for internet access which I'm morally opposed to so rather than hanging out in the restaurant/bar, we spent time elsewhere (wonder if the bean counters calculated the missed revenue from the restaurant into their $13/day internet income). Anyway, other than those two oddities, it was a five star stay!

“Overall great experience at Renaissance!”

Great experience at this hotel. Staff was courteous and nice, but check in only had 1 front desk agent which seemed light considering a few people in line. Aveda products in room were great, bed and furnishings as well.

“Some quiet R & R time.”

The only problem was it was too far from the strip. Cost is around $20.00 one way down to MGM or Luxor. Very pleasant place to be but the meals were ultra expensive and no place within walking distance to eat. Not the place to be if you like gambling.

“New Years Eve Weekend”

Very peaceful hotel, nice to have a quiet place to return to after the day spent in the busy strip. Cafe food is good. And the staff met all my needs
