good service . poor in traditional benefits. theyPosted Feb 27, 2015
Pros: large clean rooms, free valet for car.. friendly customer service
Location: located close enough to get to Las vegas Blvd and otter hotels
wanted $29 for early arrival ( 4 pm afternoon ) hotel was empty. charged for coffee in rooms .. charged $5b for hardcopy of airline boarding pass. this is a fee grabbing effort and as always forcing customers to be "nickeled and dimed "on basic service

We had issues with cleanliness, there were room service dishes left in our hallway the entire stay.

Stop-over on a road tripPosted Feb 26, 2015
Pros: Parking was very available, not confusing like some hotels on the strip.
Cons: Pool and exercise equipment could have been available.
Location: Good shopping areas on the West side of Las Vegas.
We were on our way to San Diego and needed a place to stay on the trip. The Rio was convenient (right off the freeway). Parking was convenient, right by the hotel. Check-in and Check-out were simple. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We asked for a room away from the elevators, but the way the tower is organized I don't think this would be a problem anyway. TV channels were limited. We stayed at the Rio on both the trip down and the return trip. It was nice not to have to deal with the traffic and congestion on the Strip. There are very nice shopping areas and restaurants on the West side of Las Vegas.

Improved Hotel..CAPosted Feb 25, 2015
Pros: The Hotel seem to be improved very much in the inside, updated for the most part.
Cons: Eliminate smoking in room or at the very least clean the smoke smell for the next guest.
Location: Located a mile from the strip, not bad if you have a car for transportation to the strip.
I had reserved and paid in advance for a King size bed, non-smoking. However, when I arrived all they had was a King size bed where smoking was allowed, and the room smell of fresh smoke, they did not use any air refresher to mask the smoking smell. Otherwise the room was large and clean.

Good inexpensive hotel for staying near the stripPosted Feb 24, 2015
Pros: location, cost, room size, parking
Cons: hotel staff was a bit careless and damaged my laptop's charger.
Location: Las Vegas strip is very close by with nightlife, shows, gaming, etc.
A great balance of being very close to the strip in Las Vegas, reasonably nice rooms and facilities, and cost. Staying on the strip in an equivalent quality facility would cost a fair bit more. Staying farther from the action would get you a nicer room for cheaper. Any facility on the strip, for the same price would be quite dodgy. Some of the facility is a little dated, but all in all, well maintained, spacious suites, excellent parking, and easy access to all areas of the strip.

Tres mauvais Accueil.

Convenient to attend WWIN show and network.Posted Feb 24, 2015
Pros: The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly.
Cons: I wished the pool had been open....)
Location: It was nice to be off the strip somewhat, I liked that it was a quieter venue.
It was great to have so many people from the apparel industry all under one roof - I was able to network with many professionals in our business.

Easy access location for a rental car.Posted Feb 24, 2015
Spent three nights here. Having a rental car I found it easy to get in to and out of for parking and access to freeways with out haveing to deal with the Strip! They have a very convenient shuttle to and from the strip as well when you wanted to go. I found every staff member that we delt with to be very friendly and most helpful. We were upgraded for a small up charge to a 1,600 sq foot room with awesome wrap around views that we did enjoy. The only drawback to this property is that it is a bit dated and the rooms show the wear. We were there for a wedding and a friend was also staying there in a normal room on a floor that allowed pets. As we were leaving for the wedding in formal dress we noticed that her dress was covered in hair from a pet. She had sat on the sofa in her room which was to say the least never cleaned from the pet that was in the room before her. Also bring your own coffee pods for your room if you need coffee in the morning or be prepared to buy them when you are there.

Das Hotel verfügt über ein ausgesprochen gutes Buffet (all you can eat inkl. Getränke). Am Wochenende abends allerdings um 10 Dollar teurer (ohne Unterschied bezüglich essen).

Good stayPosted Feb 23, 2015
Cons: Bed was ok but felt a little old. Amenities in room were limited but resupplied when asked.
Location: Location worked out since they provide a shuttle to the strip.
Hotel met expectations. We did not have a room with two queens as requested but we did have a pull out sofa bad.
